They told me they had to remove my full nails. I get them done. There's glue all over my nails polish all over my nails. I took forever to remove that they don't have any variety of color. This is the worst nail experience of my life in Miami and they charge so muchfor for the poor quality and the poor customer service so disappointed I started to cry because I've never seen a nail salon that was just like this. There is glue still underneath my nails

So my experience started off pretty terrible. If it wasn't for the fact I had a flight tonight and…read moredesperately needed my nails done, I would've left. My appointment was for 1pm. I didn't sit into a chair till 1:45. Customer service is absolutely not their strong suit. I walked in and nobody even addressed my presence till like 4 minutes passed... There was actually a client that completely left since nobody even acknowledged her. The male mail technician was rude and responded to this issue of my appointment as "we only know our individual schedule, so I can't really help you." There were other people who had appointments after me and got sat in a chair like 45 minutes later than they arrived as well. However, my experience with Angela once I was in a chair was great. She was amazing, really detailed and did everything in a timely manner. I'm happy with the product of my nails and the technician I had, but probably won't come back because of customer service

I usually keep my expectations low for new nail salons but Candy Coated blew them out of the water! First, the receptionist was very nice and checked me in quickly. Second, the lovely nail tech asked me to go back and pick my gel colors. Then quickly got started. The electronic file wasn't unpleasant but wasn't my favorite part of the manicure. It actually was finished in 35 mins so that was awesome. The best part was the hand massage at the end, super relaxing. Lastly, she got started on my toes which was a gel pedicure. Super fast and cute as well. The nail file tickled my feet, not gonna lie lol! So hard to keep from laughing. Anyway it was fine. This might be my new nail spot!

As a professional makeup artist I am Very particular when It comes to faces. I had gotten my lashes done before and always resulted in having the lashes come out within under two weeks. But when I went to Stephanie she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The procedure didn't burn or sting my eyes and they came out so pretty and natural!! I was so impressed! They stayed on for the whole month!! I told her I wouldn't write a review until after 3 weeks if they stayed on just to be sure, and aure enough they stayed on and didn't go all criss cross all over like they usually do, they stayed in place for the whole month and I didn't even need to get the retouch!

Ladies and Gents, RUN don't walk to The Living Room Beauty + Bar!!…read more I randomly was talking to a rider on Uber and she mentioned I should check out Elle for eyelashes. I am a recent transplant to Chicago (NY and LA) and have been on the search for a good eyelash place and after many failed attempts have finally found my person in Elle at The Living Room Beauty + Bar and cannot be happier!! Her studio is clean and chic, she is very thorough with her consultation, application and follow up. She applies each lash with SUCH precision that I was floored. Really takes her time to design a shape that best fits your face as well. She also is very professional (doesn't check her phone during application, isn't all over your face) and sanitizes everything which was a huge plus for me. AND to say the least, my lashes are GORGEOUS. Her prices are very reasonable. I've been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and my lashes looked horrible and they are rushing you out. I also am very particular as I have been doing lashes for 3+ years now and have been to the best places in both LA and NY so trust me when I say, Elle is excellent. I am Asian and you can say I technically have no lashes. Yet, she was able to fully utilize what I had and make me look like a bombshell. Thank you Elle xx
