I first came to receive a facial / chemical peel. Alex (my facialist) made sure that the peel and products used would be ideal for my sensitive skin. He also recommended a few products that have made a difference in maintaining my skin. I continue to come monthly to reduce my acne and pigmentation ( I no longer have blackheads, and possibly have 1-2 small pimples, my dark spots fell off with the chemical peels). I started the cyro slimming treatments. Within 1 treatment I lost close to 3 inches. It has been 2 weeks and I have kept those inches off. I can't wait to see the results after 6 treatments. also, my lashes are amazing! NIkki is possibly the best lash tech for volume extensions. She put 4 lashes to one real lash. No one has ever done that for me and it came out phenomenal.

I was recommended to Cassia Cardoso's studio a year and a half ago by a good friend of mine. I was seeking a place to address the issues of face skin care typical for my age (mid-40s). I had ended up going to Cassia's studio on a regular basis initially for face skin care and since half a year ago for scalp hair regrowth treatments as well. Cassia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and is good at recommending the best course of treatment for one's specific situation. Being a native of Brazil, with a long established residence in South of Florida, Cassia also incorporates the best of Brazilian skin care traditions in her daily practices. As part of my initial treatment and over the course of one year, I have done regular sessions of repeated (1) PRP (plasma rich with platelets), (2) hydra-facial, (3) radio-frequency facial and (4) oxygen facial, which Cassia's studio offers at a very affordable and discounted price through a annual membership program. Any unused treatments are not lost but can be carried over into following years. The expertise, quality and price combo are unmatched in entire South Florida. Other than face skin care, I was in a situation that following a very comprehensive capillary hair transplant abroad, I was in need of hair PRP (plasma rich with platelets) post-operative follow-up treatment. Again, Cassia's studios offers an annual PRP membership, with very affordable monthly payments. A PRP membership comprises 12 monthly treatments and each includes (1) one hair PRP and (2) one hair (vitamin) mesotherapy per month. A mesotherapy typically follows the PRP treatment a week later. Needless to say, I have been more than happy with the results of any treatment that I had at Cassia's studio. One more thing, Cassia's studio welcomes many of the celebrities from the world of fashion, television, music and entertainment (just take a look at her Instagram page) who would travel across half the world to, without an ounce of hesitation, entrust their skin to the magical hands of Cassia Cardoso.

Your review has the heartbeat of someone who genuinely went through the emotional rollercoaster of…read moretreating melasma The key is just tightening it so it reads smoother, more professional, and easier for people to trust while still keeping your passion and personality alive. I am writing my second review for Med Aesthetics Miami in Aventura because I truly felt compelled to come back and share my honest results. I must admit, although the staff and my Nurse Practitioner Roseanna were extremely kind after my first VIP peel and laser treatment, I panicked afterward and honestly thought I had wasted my time and money. I even called her this morning to apologize for how emotional and impatient I became when I thought the treatment had not worked. For anyone suffering from melasma, please understand this: patience is truly a virtue with this condition. Even when you stay out of the sun, warm air and heat can make it feel like your melasma is still very present. However, if you carefully follow the directions, wear your sunscreen consistently, and keep your face cool, you begin to notice the treatment working deeper after the first shedding phase of the skin. I will be posting photos of my progress because I want women to see the truth for themselves. These photos are WITHOUT filters. What shocked me the most is that I had previously been told by many dermatologists and technicians that no peel or treatment would truly help my melasma. I developed mine after using retinol in the sun, which was a huge mistake. Still, there was something about Roseanna and her team that I simply could not deny. Their energy, professionalism, honesty, and confidence made me trust the process, even when I became skeptical. I had never spent this much money on my face before. My treatments were a little under $700 for a series of three, and at first I questioned myself deeply. But now? It was worth every penny, especially for results that can truly change your confidence long-term. I highly recommend scheduling a consultation at Med Aesthetics Miami in Aventura for anyone struggling with melasma or stubborn pigmentation issues. After years of seeing different dermatologists, nurse practitioners, and skin specialists, I genuinely never expected results like this. I truly owe this experience to ROSEANNA and her amazing team, and I am already looking forward to returning for Morpheus8 treatments. TRUST HER. This review comes from a real patient, real emotions, and real results.
