I had a grade 2 Adductor tear - a severe groin injury that generally takes 6-8 weeks to heal. I went 3 times a week for an hour of PT. Sandra gave me electrical stimulation, massage and stretching, and personalized exercises based on my fitness level and degree of discomfort and improvement. Most places were overcrowded, with the PT constantly bouncing between patients and rarely giving proper attention. Often, assistants guided the sessions, and I was left on my own without clear direction. That all changed at FOX Physical Therapy. I feel very lucky to have found Braulio, who is by far the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. At first, I was nervous it would be like other facilities, but Braulio explained that he treats a maximum of two patients at a time, and that made all the difference. Braulio is incredibly attentive and present. Even when working with another patient, he is constantly watching me, giving me feedback, correcting movements, and motivating me even from across the gym. He explains exercises clearly, remembers details even months later, and truly knows how to motivate you, especially when you don't feel as strong or in shape as you once were. What really stands out is that he stays focused on the work. There's no wasted time or unnecessary chatting. You can genuinely tell that he cares about your recovery and progress. Because of his treatments I am now able to exercise without pain and can therefore maintain my overall health without the necessity of surgery. The treatments are non invasive and I recovered fully within a couple of days. After the injections the area is sore but not bothersome and I was able to resume my normal activities the day after. He also gave me certain stretches and movements for the area that would help speed up my recovery. His staff is very attentive and truly try to make my visits as smooth and comfortable as possible. Not only do Dr. Farshchian's treatments allow the affected joint to regenerate itself, but he truly cares about his patients.
