I booked services at La Peau in Fresno for a bachelorette party of six. The week of the event, I…read morecalled to modify just my massage because I was five weeks postpartum, dealing with a painful PUPPP rash and stitches in my back from a biopsy. I asked if there was any way to adjust my service, and I was told they would work with me and that the owner would call me that week to discuss a solution. On the day of the appointment, I received my facial (which was fine) and was told again that the owner would reach out soon to arrange something for the unused massage portion. But I never received a call. When I followed up afterward, I was told that because I booked in a group, they would not offer any accommodation--such as store credit or gift card--even after explaining my medical situation. Given that I personally spent $360 and our group spent around $1,800 including tip, I expected a basic level of compassion, especially for a postpartum mom with an ongoing medical issue. I wasn't looking for special treatment, just a reasonable accommodation for a service I physically could not receive. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with me given my specific situation was deeply disappointing. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this spa. Attached is a photo of what my back looked like the evening before the massage (mind you, this was all over my body).

While guided to my locker and given a robe and slippers, I was offered a mimosa, wine, or other menu drink. Opted for a warm drink at the snack and beverage station. Shortly afterwards, I was summoned and led to my appointment. The massage with Matilda was divine. Because massages are often not long enough, I strongly suggest scheduling a longer massage when time allows. Afterwards, my friend and I sat in the sauna. Appreciated and loved the basic yet luxury products available for use. Simply needed one of the hair brushes, a hairband, and bobby pins after utilizing the shower. Before leaving, we returned our locks and keys. Everyone was wonderfully helpful. Already pre planning and looking forward to my next visit.

The men's locker room is also fantastic, with a sauna, shower, and all the toiletries you could need. She even asked how the rest of the celebration went! It's those little personal touches that really stand out and show that they genuinely know and remember their clients. Highly recommend Muses for a relaxing, top-notch experience!

I recently relocated to the area and was having trouble connecting with someone for a lash fill. I used yelp and Aja was one of two businesses to respond. I figured since I sent the appointment request on Labor Day weekend that I wouldn't receive a response until the middle of the week. Well, Ajá proved me wrong and was the only business that responded and on a Sunday at that. I made my appointment and boy, am I a happy gal. I love, love my lashes. She sure earned my loyalty. I even made an appointment for my sister as a birthday gift for an eyebrow wax and facial. I know she will love it too!

I should have been doing this since I was 25 maybe younger, but like most people I never think bad things are going to happen to me! I had 3 basil cancer cells removed from my face because of carelessness, and before you judge me let me just say I have Hispanic olive complexion. So why me!!??? I never thought I had to worry WRONG!! So now you understand why I'm determined to keep my skin looking fresh and as young as it can possibly be, I'm honestly lucky it not too shabby. I met Anna the owner when her daughter came into my business and we got to chatting and I discovered she is an esthetician and owner of this little charming mini spa. I liked her right from the start and was very curious about getting a facial. So today was my first visit and wow I am super impressed!! My skin looks and feels amazing and I'm super happy! She did a lot to my skin for being a mini facial and the price was PERFECT!! I also had her give me eyebrow wax and that was also amazing best wax in a lot long time! She is very quick and gentle, you know how waxing can be, she's amazing! She also does spray tans and I'm already booked for that!! One thing she did which I thought was super sweet is she gave me some very generous samples if her skin care line. Which all smell amazing! Biggest thing for me is cleanliness! She is on point!! 2nd location and parking. Location is not in my normal Clovis area, but..... not everything has to be in Clovis! Lol I've been missing out! Her location is easy to find and excellent parking! Now her place is more homey than a medical clinical atmosphere and decor, but trust me once she gets started none of that matters!! I'm looking forward to my next visits which will be the spray tan and waxing!! Woot! Thank hope you give this place a try I'm pretty picky if I m giving a yelp the same day as visit that should speak volmune
