Once you go tot he second floor, you put on a uniform so you can explore all of the multiple rooms from cold rooms, salt rooms and sauna rooms. They also have an outdoor patio for you to eat, enjoy lunch and relax. They have a restaurant where you can purchase food while you wait to be called for your scheduled massage. I opted into the private room and enjoyed a 60 min massage with my preferred essential oil. This is an all day spa so there is no time limit on how long you can stay. I loved the experience, staff were friendly and nice and I plan to incorporate this into my everyday maintenance. Only downside is they don't offer memberships.

After the appointment, the same woman in the front was checking us out and i mentioned we had gift cards we wanted to use for our services and wanted to also make sure the promotion was applied. She said ok and that she would send me the receipt. Nervous to leave, we lingered to wait for the receipt but she continued to say she would send it. On my way home i received a call saying she needed my credit card information so i gave it to her over the phone. I checked my email and saw my receipt. I was charged nearly double what we should've paid. I called back and she said that we cannot use gift cards on massages that have the discount. MIND YOU, she called and also never stated this knowing we had already spoken regarding the promotion. I called again after rereading the promotion i received and there is no word or statement saying i couldn't use a gift card for part of my payment.
