I used to go to Princess but it felt more like a sweatshop vs a place to relax and enjoy myself. Jessica is my favorite nail tech but everyone there does an amazing job. Call in advance to make an appointment with her, she's so good, that's why she's always booked. She also gives the best massages and her mani/ pedis last longer then any I've ever had. The owner is so sweet and so are all of her employees. Everyone takes their time and it's such a relaxing and wonderful experience. They do a great job at keeping in line with Covid measures but still offer amazing service. Our therapists were very friendly and effective. I was in and out of sleep during our massage because it was so relaxing. The hot tub is closed at this time but the dry sauna is available and very clean. We will definitely be back. They were able to take us as walk ins immediately! The technicians were very friendly and fascinated with the fact that my boyfriend is also Vietnamese. The interactions were quite genuine, their jokes were hilarious and to top it all off they took the utmost care in providing quality service and I could not be happier with my gel manicure. I had to force her to show me them because she was crying and so embarrassed of how they looked and how much I just paid. My daughter's nails were done by a lady named Sophia... it was so traumatizing for her. The lady left all kinds of product on her fingers including white nail polish for the tips. She did not do the nails the way she was asked to. She also filed my daughter's fingers/cuticles until they bled. Not all ten fingers but atleast 7 or 8 of them. For paying close to 100 dollars for them nails I could not keep my thoughts to myself so I spoke up. The lady tried to come fix it, I told her no you're not touching her nails. The sweet young girl in the front started to file the extra product off my daughters fingers (they said thats the only way to get it off) i was shocked. After all that not a sorry not a hey here's half your money back or hey your next one is on us (not that we would ever go back after that). They said the owner was out of town but when she got back they would let her know and she would be contacting me. Well that all happened on July 7th. Here we are the 26th and still nothing from them. Tried to give them the chance to make things right but here we are.... so this is your fair warning (I've also heard from friends that have come here not to go because of bad experiences but I'm one to have to try it myself before judging anything) do not go to this place. They still let walk-ins go before me. They sat me in a dirty chair, but it was not as dirty as the one they sat a little girl in next to me. They rushed the toes then tried to cash out. I said I had a toe and nail appointment. The woman at the first seat, who was rushing everyone around, took me. She LOBED bio-gel on me, then drilled 99% of it off to get a regular nail, then rushed through the paint- the nails came out nice, and I said "I wonder what kind of work you would produce if you were not so rushed." Also, had my Apple ear buds in the whole to translating what they were saying and it was exactly like the movies-- talking trash about customers, joking with each other, and talking about who they needed to focus on and who could be rushed. I think it's important the staff know that new technology helps us now understand what they are saying. One really important thing- they do dips and the girl to my right had cut her clients cuticle and still dipped. That dip is then shared. That is a huge health hazard. I don't recommend anyone get dips ever because of stuff like this. But from my own hand gel and pedi catastrophe-- it's on par. Never again. 0/10- run.
