I bought a ski boat and knew very little about it. Seemed like a good deal. Didn't start. Took it to one place that was very over-priced. I was told my best option was a new engine and about 11k. Ouch! Almost sold my "hull" due to shock! Consulted Yelp and called Ski Marine. I got on to Glenn immediately. He seemed to know his stuff and even offered to come in on his day off to let me deliver my boat and test the engine compression that day. You should have seen how stoked he was on the details of my boat. Less than two weeks later she cranked over and all engine vitals were great. Same engine. Small fee. Great service. Saved a LOT of money. The coolest thing was seeing how excited he was when the engine fired up... He loves his "comp boats" and it shows. Most of all I trust him. I have used ski marine for the last two years up until today they have been great . I called them yesterday 7/3/20 i had a boat problem I was on the water and they didn't answer or called back , which is ok but this morning 7/4/20 called them two make an appointment to fix the problem that I had on the boat . To my supersize Glen answered by yelling at me .that this is his day off and what did I want. I said oh I'm sorry I was leaving a message to make an appointment! I know today is holiday but I wasn't expecting him to answer. How does someone that owns a business answer there phone and yell at a customer! I had Coast to Coast install all new electronics in my boat last week. A new chart plotter, sonar, and radar. Steve and Zachery did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the service they provided and they finished the installation exactly when they said it would be done. They left nothing for me to clean up and Zachery took the time to explain throughly how the system worked. He even fixed a problem he found with the compass in my auto pilot that I didn't know existed. I had a question about the bill when I received it. I talked to the office manager, Tammy, and she was very polite and took the time to explain everything to may satisfaction. Whatever problems my boat will have in the future I will call Coast to Coast for their service. Great company. I'm glad I found them. Sorry. I posted this on the wrong business. read more

Glenn at Ski Marine has twice worked on my boat and both times he completed the work on time with no surprises. My boat works great and the service is excellent. As a new boater with an old boat, there are often things that pop-up related to operating the boat. Each of the last two summers I have called Glenn from the lake during a family vacation with questions about my boat. Each time he got back to me immediately and provided the advice I needed to get my boat going again (1st time was a tip on starting in very cold weather, and the 2nd time had to do with a tripped circuit breaker).
