It did crack a "L bracket " that connected the t top to the center console. I did notify them. They were willing to repair for free (reweld). Instead of towing back down to Southern California this time I decided to fix it myself. I cut off the weld and put a sleeve in and that seems to be working well. No more cracks. The t top is nice. Looks very sharpe. Done on time. Very nice people to deal with.

Jeff's response times and call backs were great, price was reasonable and turnaround time was better than most. There was some confusion, probably on my part, as to what I was looking for. When they started to install the canvas, I expressed my confusion. Jeff, the consummate pro he is did not in fact throw me into the bay behind the boat for all the extra work I caused him. That alone rates a 5 star, as I'm not sure how clean the water is in the bay. Although frustrated, he never complained, assured me I would get exactly what I wanted and after confirming several items to make sure it really would be what I wanted, he bundled up all his hard work and took it back to the shop. He was back today and installed the new screens around the back deck of my boat. The quality of materials is fantastic. The fit, seams, coverage... everything looked spot on and lined up perfectly.
