I paid for a pair of ski boots to be shipped internationally. I never received them, never received a refund. This was last Southern Hemisphere season and I missed the season with new boots entirely - and I'm now several hundred dollars short.
The company has since ceased communication.

After posting this on another platform, I've received a response from Terry and team, who maintains that there are additional paperwork I supposedly did not deliver to Customs. I have not received the airway bill necessary for release... without exaggeration, I have spent weeks on the phone between UPS, the courier and what responses I could get from the shop before they shut down all communication before I posted this public review.
I hate to leave a review for a small shop I deeply wanted to support, but this just isn't it. How come none of this information was communicated, and how come the shop simply ceased communication rather than finding a solution with the customer who spent hundreds with them? read more
