I had been making recommendations to a business in Boulder to help get their online presence up to…read moresnuff. They needed someone who could develop a world class website to help market a very high end product. I did a lot of research and compared Design Heroes to several other designers in the Denver area. Design Heroes work made the decision easy. I introduced them to my customer and stepped back to let them work their magic. Gabe and Fernando were professional and spent a lot of time listening to the customer to pin down exactly what they wanted. In the end, the customer has been extremely pleased with the relationship...and it is a relationship, not a quick drop-in website, but they made a real effort to get to know the customer. I cannot recommend Design Heroes highly enough.

Five stars all the way and here's why:…read more As a business owner, it's difficult to trust and invest in someone you've never met or may never meet. It's even more difficult to invest in something invisible like a search engine optimizer. I am beyond thankful to have trusted my gut on this one. I took the chance and am completely indebted to Erin and her studio. I could not trust a stranger more with my business. I live in Houston, the 3rd largest city in the US, and was faced with an address change - I had to move my headquarters. Although I was just moving down the street, the thought of losing my Google placement was unnerving. My business relies on Google optimization and placement. For me, it's not about the bells and whistles of a website, it's about virtual placement and Evergreen did just that for my business to be seen - first and everywhere. I look forward to a lifelong partnership with Erin and her company.

At the counter you make your requests for printing, whether they're business cards or faxes or color copies or anything else printed on paper. Chances are more than good that the gentleman you'll be speaking with is Bob Calhoon, the owner. Mr. Calhoon is quite cordial and more than willing to help you out with any questions you may have, and to see to it that your requests be met and with quality. In some ways The Quickprint Centre is cheaper than, say Kinkos, but in others they are about equal in price or ever so slightly higher, especially when Kinkos give you a discount. For instance, if you order 100 copies be printed one-sided on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets at The Quickprint Centre, it will total to about $9.74, whereas at Kinkos the same would be about $10.00. But if Kinkos gives you a one dollar discount, then it's only $9.00. Printing 100 copies of the same size on specialty paper is $15.43 and at Kinkos works out to about $20.00 and then they give you a discount, making it $19.00.

We worked together on multiple installations, including custom frost on a 20-foot boardroom window, vinyl for a feature wall with a custom image, and a massive 20x15-foot dimensional wall installation made with wood and acrylic panels. It was a complex project, but Toby -- who is an artist himself -- truly understood the creative vision and helped guide the process. He personally came on-site multiple times to measure, test materials, and make sure everything was executed perfectly. He also worked thoughtfully within our budget while still helping us achieve a really high-end, custom result. The finished installations look amazing, and everyone in the office is thrilled with the outcome. Huge thank you to the whole team, including Heath, the fantastic designer, who helped make everything come together seamlessly. We already plan to hire Colorado Signs and Wrap again for several more large-scale projects. If you're looking for a team that cares about craftsmanship, collaboration, and quality, you absolutely need to hire Colorado Signs and Wrap.

Update: The day after I posted my original review, Ivan…read morecontacted me via text to let me know that my shirts were ready and that he would be happy to drive the order to me. I really appreciated the effort but truth be told, my house is really close to his office (which Ivan was aware of) so it wasn't much of a gesture. No one was home so I never saw Ivan in person during this exchange. Sadly, after waiting almost two months for this minor shirt order, the shirts were the entirely wrong material and not what we wanted at all. :/ At this point, I let Ivan know that we would just take the shirts "as is" and not try to reorder. I was saddened by the lack of true customer service here. Ivan was shown the exact material that we wanted (fly fishing shirts) and instead managed to order shirts that needed to be laundered. Mistakes happen but we brought in two examples of what we wanted and we were very clear about the material needed. Instead of taking any responsibility, he offered excuses (print shop is running behind, our office is short staffed, distributors sent different material than I ordered). In reality, a sincere apology would have gone a long way. I don't even blame Ivan. I just don't think he was taught anything in the way of customer service. He seemed genuinely surprised that I was disappointed. Prior to posting any of this, I left a message for the general manager (Joe) and he never bothered to call me back. I was hoping to fix things instead of posting a negative review. Oh well. Perhaps this review will encourage them to focus on their customer service skills in the future with others. Only bright spot was the receptionist (Amy) who was always pleasant. Will not be back. Ever.
