My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch. Their pricing is competitive and I love that I can personally pick it up, see proofs, and talk to a human being and not a chat bot. AND, there are dogs to pet when you go in. So, DUH. The huge put off was a $300 slap for art work, when it was to be the same card. This could have been a case of not hearing the customer clearly on a cell phone, or possibly over eager to sell or any other common issue when speaking for the first time on a cell at the car wash. It took me 7 long months of failed attempts with 3 businesses (1 that I previously worked with and 2 who came highly recommended) before I came across JLS Design and Graphics. I sent him my logo, a photo/dimensions of the area I wanted to display the sign, and asked for his recs. His recommendation was spot-on and captured my vision perfectly. The mock up was beautiful, pricing was extremely fair, and the sign came and was installed exactly 3 weeks after I placed the order. My sign is BEAUTIFUL, exactly what I wanted, and perfect quality. (I'm a stickler for detail and there was not one single smudge, dent, or nick on the sign.) Omar and another gentleman (I didn't catch his name) were quick to install the sign and were happy to make adjustments until I was 100% satisfied. Staff & volunteers were amazing. They had a printout with care instructions for the screen print. Ink Lounge is always paired up with other businesses or non-profits to screenprint for a cause.
