Nowhere on any of the signs did it say clearance shoes were not included. When I got to the register the salesperson very rudely stated that the clearance shoe could not be used for the bogo. They wasted my time in searching for shoes and lost my business. Why not put any exemptions on the sign so people know up front. Won't be returning, too many other places I can shop.

When I went inside 2 employees were very helpful in showing me my options, not just one choice of insoles but 3. Along with the insole I also purchased some new shoe laces so my 1 year old shoes look and feel good as new. I work 12 hour shifts and am on my feet all day, so shoes are extremely important to me. At $200 a pair, their shoes are not cheap, but they wear extremely well. This is money well spent!

Then finally, as she was processing my return, she said I have to give her my phone number, email and address in order to finalize the return. I said no, you don't need that information. I was in dire need for an evening dress for a special occasion, with absolutely no time to shop. It was near closing time and I desperately called and asked what time they were closing, if I could make it in.....they quickly answered and said "come on in, we'll get some dresses ready for you, what size are you?" I was working out across the street and made it 10 min before close...it was the only opportunity to try on a dress.
