EPS and Hammerhead MudHead 208R and was able to get free delivery to our home that evening literally less than two hours from the time of purchase. Our sales person, Chris Torres, was knowledgeable and explained the various charges such as freight, prep, doc, registration, etc. We did some negotiating such as getting the convenience fee for using a card waived. (That was a value of $400). Things to Note (and reason I removed a star): They don't inform you until it's time to pay that they charge a convenience fee for using a debit or credit card. We were also suppose to sign a paper after a full inspection at the dealership. It was already closing time and it was being loaded up in the trailer and unfortunately we weren't given the opportunity to inspect it prior to loading. We ended up signing the form after delivery in the dark at 8pm with no full inspection due to visibility. They also didn't have a full tank of gas in the Hammerhead MudHead.

I told them what I was looking for, and the lady found me several options and took the time to walk me over to the exact areas. I was in and out quickly and efficiently. I had an issue later with one of the accessories falling apart. But when I came back, a different lady apologized and explained they had been having issues with that particular item and offered to replace or refund with no hassle. Sometimes I worry about the quality of the items here. In the past I have bought items from Spirit that were pricey and didn't hold up. So I use this as a last resort. But the stellar customer service and the no hassle replacements may be factors that keep me returning, at least for accessories and free clown love.

Finally, the store carries Halloween decor for your home and a few fun odds and ends to decorate for your Halloween parties. The staff was friendly and helpful, but they opened pretty recently so they're still getting the lay of the land themselves. Overall, I found the wig I was looking for and I'm set for my Halloween party tomorrow!

I purchased my '22 A4 and I have to say, this is the car I'd design if I were an auto engineer. The sales process was top tier. Since I wasn't able to come in during the week, my sales representative brought the car to my office. I have to admit, it was kinda fun watching coworkers check the car out also. Again, there was no pressure, the test drive was great and my sales representative had a deal structured by the end of the day. I arranged to come in on a Saturday and was on the road the same afternoon. Service is also excellent. Whether it's scheduled maintenance or replacing a flat tire with a huge construction nail in it, service is always quick. Their Customer Lounge is nice, with a Coffee / Latte machine, water and snacks available. There's also a small play area for the kiddos. I had already left Austin, TX and by the time I realized this was a real problem, I was half way to San Antonio, TX. The closest location was Selma, TX. After stopping at 2 locations at the Audi complex I finally reached service. This compound is crazy large. After asserting my issue was fixed, I turned my car on and you guessed it...still black screen. So back into service my car goes. Then I was told I was going to be scheduled with a technologist, which I thought was already happening. At this juncture, i was told it would be 5 more minutes. Then a service advisor told me it would be another 20 minutes. So, jetted out the Audi North park service department. Sigh.
