Employees will ignore customers and not make eye contact. They don't want to help anyone. It's super frustrating.

The lead manager working 8/12/18 was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I didn't catch her name, but she had tats and gauges. I ended up leaving without making my purchase because this woman was just mean and awful at the register. read more

The employees here are helpless. I asked for help with getting a coat down from the wall. The employee asked if I looked on the lower display. Of course I did. She then asked if I tried something on. I love old navy. I just hate how when people shop they just throw things around the store. This location is nice. Centered to the Forum Shops. It has a great variety of clothing. Employees have always been kind. Even though there is a line at the register they go pretty fast because they do staff the right amount of people at the register. read more

Sizes at Old Navy tend to run bigger. I am addicted to their pj pants. I have each style I think. Also, their tanks---think I have one of each color. Scarves are more than I want to spend. Besides that, I don't really shop here unless I need a tank top or pj pants. :-) Even their sales are not good compared to stores like Papaya, Agaci, Image, etc. I miss their panties section......what happened?? read more

I have visited this location for a while now. I would always think that they were busy due to the holidays, back to school or special promotions but no. There is not one time that I can walk in and not see a super long line and 1 cashier. It is so frustrating and it has made me not want to ever go back. I have tried going at opening, at closing and other random hours and it is always the same mess. You see the frustration in the customers in line. And it almost seems like the 1 cashier behind the counter is already used to customers getting upset, so they don't even look at you and just have a blank stare. Line to fitting rooms WAY TOO LONG, cash registers were not working. Store is dirty and dingy. Hadn't been in a very long time, was tired of Walmart so gave Old Navy a try. Very disappointed. Cashier didn't notice a shirt he rang up for $29 was missing the bottoms that went with it, didn't offer to go find the bottoms for me. read more

Omg, I wish I could give zero stars... this is usually the one Old Navy I would go to however this visit was different... I can't begin to tell you how upset I am with Old Navy... we went to get some clothes for school... there were signs everywhere that things were on sale, buy one get one 50 percent off etc and when we went to the register, none of the discounts applied.. so I told the girl at the register...a 'manager', "I'm sorry but those shirts were on a rack for buy one get one 50% off" and so she started rescanning, using the computer, and not the little scanner thing they would normally use and a lot of the stuff we bought came up at a lower price... won't go there again. #oldnavysucks #tryingtotakeyourmoney read more

I'll NEVER go here again. The crew is terrible. I hear them yelling out that they are closed 1 minute before they did AND THE TWO GUYS LOOK AT ME AND SAY... "Oh, I guess he didn't like that..". Management nowhere to be found. We couldn't even try something on before we purchased. There was a line at the cashier and we would've had enough time to try stuff on and rush to the register. My girlfriend was told she was not allowed to try a dress on because they were closed. Why not just tell us to go home?! I hope Old Navy corporate shuts this tore down because this is a HORRIFIC example of what customer service and retail should be. The store was open when we arrived. If they were closed, we should've walked up to locked doors at the least. It'd be much more understandable than being treated like this. The restroom was dirty, the clothes all over the place and the 4-5 people I came in contact with offered no assistance and only that they were closed. I work in customer service myself and never would I EVER tell a potential customer that they couldn't try on my product before I purchased it. If you don't want customers, don't OPEN for business. Just close down. Unless Old Navy contacts me with an apology, I will never purchase from here again. I'd shop anywhere but here from such a lousy experience I had on my first visit to this sloppy store. read more

Because I have a gap card I started going back to Old Navy after couple years of avoiding it. This place has fresh collection and the dress you find on the mannequin is always available. Currently they have 60% off sale on selected items. I don't regret buying dresses from here ever. I don't really have great luck with denims and lowers. Good store to shop over all! read more
