The check-in and return process was very smooth. The second was this weekend when I rented a 5x9 trailer to pick up a pallet of equipment. The clerk checked me in first thing in the morning and even got me on the road just before they were scheduled to open. They were gracious in letting me return the equipment at a time that was convenient to me the following day - rather than rigidly adhering to the rental schedule. The inside is laid out well, the lot is clean, and the trucks and equipment are arranged in a way that makes it easy to hook up and maneuver.

I'm now paying over 2X more than when I started -- but my storage space is not 100% larger. Started in June 2020 at $126 a month. Starting March 2023 they're charging me $281 a month. So just be aware: if you put your stuff here they can start charging whatever price they want and change your rate whenever they want. And unlike my last bad review that they emailed and called me and asked me to take down, this one will not be coming down. I'm not an angry person. These are just the facts. Very disappointing.
