The only thing that I MIGHT knock them for is the fact that they're only open Monday thru Saturday 8am-5pm. That can be extremely inconvenient for me at times. Other than that this place is great!! Located rite off the freeway so it's super easy to find & get in & out of. There's a lowered docking bay for the moving trucks & a ground level one next to that for customers so you can back your vehicle rite up to the building & where their flatbed hand carts are located, then the elevator is just a short 6ft roll away from the docking bay. There is a bathroom located within the office that you'll be allowed to use if you just ask the staff. I have shown up here many a time JUST before closing & never have I been turned away. They will let you into their facility all the way up until 4:58pm (they close at 5 but you'd need a couple minutes to make it to your unit & either take out or drop off whatever it was you were there for LoL) One weekend I reorganized my whole unit; was working in it up until closing both nights & what was great was the staff would give me updates when it was getting close to closing that way i had enough time to put all my boxes that I had moved out into the hallway back into my unit. At 30mins til Stephanie, the girl at the front desk would walk up to my unit on the 2nd floor & let me know it was 4:30pm. She would do the same at a quarter til & when I had just 5mins before they closed she would flash the overhead lights twice to signal to me times almost up. Great people!! Quality units! Variety in size & affordably priced!!

They take the time to explain everything clearly, make what could be a super stressful experience, feel easy and seamless. I used to get a lot of anxiety going to the ups store, I still do but they make it so much easier You can tell they truly care about doing their job well and helping customers, not just getting them in and out. Their professionalism and positive attitude make a huge difference, and it's rare to encounter customer service this good these days. UPS is lucky to have these two and so are we!

When she came to our house we went over all of the details, I gave her specific instructions and she agreed to all of it. Well when her 3 hrs we're up I noticed everything we discussed was not done.. she didn't label anything (even tho she said she would) she didn't come with any organization tools I.e. containers etc. She took items out of a few boxes and on the counter and put things away but the organization wasn't there, it wasn't neat and precise, some places she put things didn't make sense, she said she liked to work alone so she can focus on the tasks at hand, which I thought was great but she talked to my husband a lot...now we have to re-do what she did. We did not get the quality work a "professional organizer" should give and for the money we paid and the agreement we had, it def feels like we were punked or something. Very odd. Hire someone who has more experience and who is more professional and thorough. If you want someone who can help unpack then she would be good if you want someone to organize I do not recommend.

I offered to buy them lunch, but they kindly declined and said they preferred to make a quick stop on the way. They were very appreciative of the gesture, which speaks to their professionalism and courtesy. At our new place, they went above and beyond--patiently helping us place items in different rooms and even rearranging things when we needed to make space for additional items coming in. Worst moving experience I've ever had. I am in my 60's and moving with my mom , who is 90. The…read moremovers left furniture not put together, and stored everything in the garage, regardless of labeling (G for garage, U for upstairs, D for downstairs). They did not even place the boxes on the shelves in the garage. A week later I am still trying to find my pots and pans, HP printer and shelves to my bookshelves. Yes, they brought in the base, but no shelves can be found anywhere! Glass shelves are missing, probably broken, from my china cabinet as half of the glass shelves were brought in, (unwrapped and unprotected). They wrapped some things, but not others, (like glass china cabinets). The items they did wrap , they did not unwrap, but left them for us to unwrap. Not an easy thing to do with a full sized dresser up against the wall. Standing lamps are worthless as they took them apart and did not put back together as pieces are missing now. I looked for days for our vacuum cleaners. I finally found them left in the other house. These guys may seem reasonably priced, but I would gladly have paid more to be able to have things where they should be, not having missing , damaged and broken items. Pictures soon to follow!
