A far closer ophthalmologist refused. I knew there were liability concerns, but luckily I'm very charming and got through. I had an emergency and had to see someone about a possible detaching retina. The technicians photographed both my retinae and Dr B, having analyzed the images and assessed my description of my symptoms, came to a conclusion that put me at ease. I'm not just giving a good score because I received good news-- that would be irresponsible. Two weeks later, my eyesight is fine: he was clearly right. I suffered from a separate problem a few days later: conjunctivitis, aka pinkeye. And, because I have a history of including some complaints along with praise, my yelp reviews can come off as passive aggressive (and maybe sometimes they are?) I'm just being honest. I mention the bad along with the good. I want to state emphatically that I don't believe I contracted it from this office, because I watched them wipe down each and every machine before I used it. I think I got this from the airport. So why even mention the pinkeye? Only to say: If I were still in Florida, I would have returned to this same facility for guidance. One star off because my local ophthalmologist didn't receive a fax that was supposed to have come from Dr Bhullar's office, although that could be due to a technical glitch. I found the staff to be very kind and helpful, and Dr Bhullar was very professional. He's great. Thank you.

We've been to 3 other specialists who say his steroid rx have caused the loss of his eyesight. This man is a danger to people. I am sickened by what he did. We asked multiple times about the steroids, and he said nothing but continued to prescribe them for a glaucoma attack. For 4 months this went on. We finally went to another doctor, then another the another who immediately said get off steroids. They have damaged your eyesight. If you go to this dr, know that he is in way over his head.

Unfortunately, we had several issues with the care my family received at this location. My husband's prescription was not handled correctly, requiring him to return to have their mistake corrected. We were also charged again for the additional visit, which was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We also had a serious issue with my son's eye exam. He was given an incorrect prescription, and we had to take him to another location and pay for another examination and a new pair of glasses. The doctors at the second location were very concerned when they reviewed the prescription he had originally been given. After these experiences, I would not feel comfortable recommending this location to anyone. An eye exam and prescription need to be accurate, and mistakes of this nature can have a significant impact on a patient. I strongly encourage anyone considering this location to do their research and, if necessary, travel a little farther to find a provider they can feel confident in.

That's actually not bad for this office because past visits have taken 3-4 hours - again mostly waiting. If you know what to expect you can plan - bring a book to pass the time.
