As the founder and lead retina specialist at Shane Retina, my journey into ophthalmology has always been driven by a passion for helping people see. My medical education began at Emory University and continued at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, where I graduated at the top of my class. I further honed my skills at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, completing a residency and vitreoretinal fellowship.
