Always looking for ethic food venues. This food court operation that served Mexican style food did not disappoint. Since they had a rotating menu, we didn't get the choice initially wanted. Since it was our first time there we took a chance and had what looked the best in the display case. We shared an order of the beef soup, roasted pork ribs, and a chili relleno. The ribs were a bit dry but still good. The soup was excellent. Beef was well simmered to just right tenderness and in a full flavored broth. I will admit that I have seen some items that are past their expiration date. They also don't keep things at the best temperature for certain items so you just have to be careful. The store layout is organized but I wouldn't say the store is 100% clean. The staff members here can be friendly or stoic.
