We were told the warranty could take up to 90 days, however it's been almost 10 months and apparently it still hasn't been reviewed. A few months into the claim they even told us it's been accepted and the couch is on the way to the store. We have heard several excuses such as "the couch wasn't on the delivery truck," "they don't make the couch anymore so it's taking longer," "there's a foam shortage," "they can't get ahold of the person who handles the claims," etc. About a month ago one of the employees told us we could pick out another couch. The next day we show up to pay for the difference of the new couch and we were told the claim had to be accepted before we could get a new couch (which I understand but up until this point I thought it had been accepted.) Mistakes happen, right? The guy who did it (who was still there at the time it happened) was incredibly apologetic. Coleman? Not so much. Not only were we made to feel we were a complete inconveinience to them, they waited a week to file the claim with insurance and we STILL have yet to receive contact from the insurance person regarding this claim at all. $1,000s of dollars in damage later and not ONE apology from the business except for the technican. We were put out of our house for 2 days with our 3 kids in a hotel and when I asked to have the room extended for a day because the drying equipment was not ready to be taken down, the business manager was VERY rude and told me "Her adjuster advised against it, but she went ahead and extended it anyways."
