We were told the warranty could take up to 90 days, however it's been almost 10 months and apparently it still hasn't been reviewed. A few months into the claim they even told us it's been accepted and the couch is on the way to the store. We have heard several excuses such as "the couch wasn't on the delivery truck," "they don't make the couch anymore so it's taking longer," "there's a foam shortage," "they can't get ahold of the person who handles the claims," etc. About a month ago one of the employees told us we could pick out another couch. The next day we show up to pay for the difference of the new couch and we were told the claim had to be accepted before we could get a new couch (which I understand but up until this point I thought it had been accepted.) Worst place to do business with! Plus, the furniture isn't very good quality anyways. You're better off spending a few more hundred at a superior store!

I went inside the building I spoke to Dominic which is a supervisor and he basically defended the guy well yeah no he says that's why I hate online orders well that's a real bad thing to say first of all and then he proceeded to say yeah you know sometimes they open them sometimes they don't I'm like well what's your policy anyway I got tired of listening to him so I asked for his supervisor and then I said you know what just forget it I'll call corporate. as I was calling corporate Amanda came out the GM she basically could not give me a straight answer either what their policy was why they couldn't open up the hatchback or the trunk or whatever it's just you know it opens with the little button underneath and she basically did not give me a good answer either and I asked her point blank what is your policy she didn't know what her policy was other than that some people open up the trunk some people don't or the hatch so I'm like okay if I come back here am I going to have a problem getting my SUV hatched open and she basically said no ma'am that was a weird weird experience. Ace, where the manager tells you that it would be better if he was responsible...explaining how…read morethey screwed you over. Never trust their word! The story starts a month ago, we had three screens that we wanted replaced and they had the best quote $10-15 per screen was what we were told when dropping them off. We were told that they would be picked up on Thursday and ready for pick-up the following Thursday. A month later, today they were finally ready to pickup. When they were ringing them up the cashier said they were $20 a piece. I wasn't thrilled because it was 33% above what they had quoted at drop off, but I said fine. Then they started adding other fees. Evidently the $20 was just for the labor and materials were another $40. The bill was more than $100 when we were told originally it wouldn't be more than $45 and significantly more than the window and door company's quote. The best part was that the manager proceeds to tell me that it would be better if "he was responsible". I said, "You are the manager, right? Are you not responsible," to which he responds straight-faced, "I just work here 20 hours a week." It wasn't that long ago when you could trust quoted prices, people took pride in their work and managers were responsible. I think those things still exist, but definitely not under the management at Ace. I will take my business elsewhere and highly recommend others do as well. They lied, wasted our time, and cheated us.
