I'm definitely not happy with this company. we pay extra money for the convenience of online…read moreordering and picking up in the yard our order. today I went to get my order and the gentleman that worked brought my order out in a forklift when I asked him to please just put it in the back of my SUV he stated I don't open doors and I said what and he said again I don't open doors and I said what do you mean you don't open doors he said I don't open doors because I damaged them. I said well then this is for convenience you know that's why we pay for these online ordering so we don't have to get out of our car in the rain snow cold whatever the reason is so you're telling me that I have to get out of the car to open up my hatchback. I said well I will ask for you anymore I will get somebody else to bring my order out and he said well somebody else was supposed to do it anyway. I went inside the building I spoke to Dominic which is a supervisor and he basically defended the guy well yeah no he says that's why I hate online orders well that's a real bad thing to say first of all and then he proceeded to say yeah you know sometimes they open them sometimes they don't I'm like well what's your policy anyway I got tired of listening to him so I asked for his supervisor and then I said you know what just forget it I'll call corporate. as I was calling corporate Amanda came out the GM she basically could not give me a straight answer either what their policy was why they couldn't open up the hatchback or the trunk or whatever it's just you know it opens with the little button underneath and she basically did not give me a good answer either and I asked her point blank what is your policy she didn't know what her policy was other than that some people open up the trunk some people don't or the hatch so I'm like okay if I come back here am I going to have a problem getting my SUV hatched open and she basically said no ma'am that was a weird weird experience. I will go to Lowe's but I am going to call corporate on the next business day.

However, I was met with such apathy and condescension I will never step foot in there again. The gentleman who waited on me all but rolled his eyes at me regarding the dimensions for what would fit in my house. I'm sure he's seen a lot of people who don't know what they want/need/have...but please don't assume I am one of them just because I walked in the door without a man by my side.

Mistakes happen, right? The guy who did it (who was still there at the time it happened) was incredibly apologetic. Coleman? Not so much. Not only were we made to feel we were a complete inconveinience to them, they waited a week to file the claim with insurance and we STILL have yet to receive contact from the insurance person regarding this claim at all. $1,000s of dollars in damage later and not ONE apology from the business except for the technican. We were put out of our house for 2 days with our 3 kids in a hotel and when I asked to have the room extended for a day because the drying equipment was not ready to be taken down, the business manager was VERY rude and told me "Her adjuster advised against it, but she went ahead and extended it anyways." Will never purchase appliances from here again, not due to the mistake on the tech's part, but soley on the mishandling of their mistake and customer service.
