When we needed to sell some gold and jewelry in order to pay for medical expenses for his wife after he has passed away, my mom who is now in a wheelchair and we have to pay for home care out of pocket they basically offer nothing less than nothing. We went to sell some used gold jewelry with diamonds keep that in mind all 14ct gold and average clarity diamonds we where told they really only pay for the gold. That they have to many small Dimond as already. We brought in 75 grams of 14 ct gold at a scrap price of $985 an oz so 2.6 oz of gold. so take out the "small diamonds" they said they don't pay for and round to say 2 oz we got a quote for $1200 for the lot. That's an actual value of $1970 for just the scrap gold!!!! Such a insult. Some of the rings where valued at $1200 alone. I will never do business with this company ever again. I will also make sure that everyone I meet knows how much they value long term customers.
