The highlight is that you can buy restaurant quality items from wholesale stores at wholesale prices but at the smaller quantity of a retail store. I bought a large wooden cutting board/ butcher's block for $25! No warping after multiple uses and looks beautiful. High quality, low prices. The owner is very nice and helpful. Good place to find gifts (although I always walk out with items for myself). Also, good place for basic staple items. Can be hard to find as it still says Tishee's above the door but worth looking for this store.

You will discover so much. Sinks, rugs, tile, plumbing, electrical, trim, shutters, doors, windows, carpet, office carpet knick knacks, cabinetry, shower supplies, tools, farm implements, plumbing, pipe, conduit, .... oh I don't even know some of the things. It's just limitless old stock, some new, some bulk piled in a barrel for exploration. I don't go but a couple of times a year, but when we got our house, I went monthly. The prices are very reasonable and the is so much to learn and see. There are helpful staff, but the place is huge and they are usually by the register for obvious reasons. Bring a pad and a pen. I went to several stores trying to match an unusual blue green fabric for a quilt. In every store there was nothing, and the store employees told me that's going to be a hard one to match. I already knew that. However, as I was looking at the blue green solids at Specialty Quilts, and was still unable to find one that matched, one of the great ladies came up and said they could custom order just about anything. She pulled out a Bella color card, with actual fabric samples, not just printed colors. After we found one, she was even so kind as to take it to the door so we could check the color match in sunlight. Their hours to make it difficult for me to get there, except on Saturdays, but it is totally worth it, and worth the drive. They also have tons of quilts everywhere, to get ideas, and see the fabrics in use. The store is full and has lots of patterns, notions, and also an amazing amount of fabric. Of course. :-)
