Seriously fantastic service and seriously a fantastic shop. I order all my invitations from her!!

The store is great. But don't plan on bringing your service dog in. Our Annabelle barked when she…read morefirst got in the store and I immediately put a bark collar on her. We weren't even in the store 15 minutes and we were approached by one of the workers. Grilling us about our dogs and asking what condition is your service dog for. First of all it isn't any business to know a medical condition of a person. Second of all her other excuse was that our dogs were jumping on things. They are 12 pound cavapoos. I understand places have policies, but there was a better way of going about it. Definitely made the experience not welcoming one bit and we will not be back. We go to MANY antique stores and have never felt so unwelcomed. If you don't want dogs period. Then you need to just state it. Nothing was on the outside of the establishment before we entered. Do better.

I'm embarrassed to say I called top stitch 2 days in a row. Each time, my problem was solved by one of the helpful staff. But the THIRD day, Tim himself, diagnosed what I had tried to do for 3 days! Over the phone, he analyzed I'd locked myself out of options. I'm happy to say the quilt is now done in time for tomorrow's shower. Most companies would tell me to bring my machine in for a free, of course! I live 3 hours away from the store, making that scenario impossible. I can NOT thank them enough for their courtesy, time and expertise. If you need repair or a new or used machine, I can't recommend Top Stitch highly enough!
