After trying to get in touch with Independence Audio in Independence, Mo, I had no luck with them. I waited until I was going to be back in Columbia and scheduled an appointment here to have them fix it. It took them 30 minutes to make better wiring connections and ended up being cheaper than I figured it'd be. Fast forward to today and I had to upgrade some home theater components...their crew installed everything, demonstrated how it all worked, came up with a solution to get another TV in an area with no Direct TV box, connected all to the wireless router, put an app on my iPad so I can control all of the new components, and left the house as clean as it was when they arrived.
