STop! do not get this towing company for your vehicles please read the reviews on Facebook and the…read morereviews here they are stealing from customers just to pay for all their equipment. during this nasty snow that we just had they couldn't rip me off so they didn't want to help me because I was going through AAA. the driver that was going to tow me out wanted to know why I wanted my car towed out of my driveway how ridiculous why else does anybody want the car towed out of their driveway when they're stuck in the ice. he said he was sitting down to eat lunch okay we'll sit down and eat your lunch and don't choke! he then proceeded to say I needed to find a different towing company because he didn't understand this sincerity of why I needed to get my vehicle out. I'm so thankful that I didn't get these people out there because there ain't no telling what they would have done to my car.

My dad's truck was towed there after an accident. We called ahead and were told we could retrieve important personal belongings with proof of insurance or payment. When we showed up, they gave us the runaround and refused access to the vehicle or his belongings. We came back the next business day with another towing company to remove the truck only to find several valuables and important documents had been stolen from the vehicle and parts of the vehicle removed; the title to the vehicle had been stolen, a firearm stolen, his GPS system was stolen and various other valuables missing. When we asked about it, the dark haired, crooked nose female receptionist was laughing about it and her along with other staff denied everything and acted completely dismissive. A young man raises his hand and we all thought the worst for him. Then the A-Hole truck driver began to chastise the young man loudly in front of the other 15 customers. Shouting about being parked in the wrong spot and his car is "on the hook" Fortunately it's not my town or I would have followed them to the parking lot to ensure the young man didn't have to endure any more abuse from this driver that was clearly old enough to know how to talk to people.
