They have really nice furniture, appliances, as well as smaller household items as well! UPDATE one of the appliances I bought didn't work. From day one. It's been a over two months now and after dealing with the several people (one being service and someone not actually involved with the store directly) I went in to speak with the owner. At this point of not having a fridge that I paid $1900 for... I am a little irritated. The owner is trying to get the fridge working. As of now I have a 2k fridge that doesn't work. We'll see next month once the part is ordered and hope it fixes it. Update two: I received the board for the fridge. I installed it, reset fridge... still not working. Freezer thawed overnight. Spoke with service, they have other parts on order in hopes to fix the fridge. This has been an absolute nightmare. Update: it's been 4 months, very little communication unless I initiate, fridge is still being worked on Update: over 5 months, fridge still in repair facilities... owner has refused to ref Final update over a year, I had to sue the owner to try and get my mo way back.. however the owner is VERY aware of legal loopholes and I ended up just taking half the money to be done with it and try to recoup some of my money. I like to support local business but places like this drive people to box stores. Best Buy wouldn't steal $2000 from me. Keep in mind I'm disabled, and new to Missouri and the owner KNEW it. The interactions between the Sales Rep and us were easy going and not pushy. Bottomline, we bought the sofa. I have never been in a furniture store like this. Customer Service was superb. Because the purchasing store wasn't friendly, I didn't feel comfortable reaching out to them, so I decided to inquire with Top Stitch. Not only were they extremely helpful and friendly, made a suggestion, which luckily seems to have cured the problem. Since then, I have purchased several accessories from them, as well as a B485 last week. Customer service is great! I am so thankful I found them. I will gladly drive 2 hours to do business with them.

I'm embarrassed to say I called top stitch 2 days in a row. Each time, my problem was solved by one of the helpful staff. But the THIRD day, Tim himself, diagnosed what I had tried to do for 3 days! Over the phone, he analyzed I'd locked myself out of options. I'm happy to say the quilt is now done in time for tomorrow's shower. Most companies would tell me to bring my machine in for a free, of course! I live 3 hours away from the store, making that scenario impossible. After checking it out, he proceeded to WINCH, yes I said WINCH that commercial brute out of his van and went to work. The crap he pulled out of that 4 inch main. Socks, other parts of clothing and the main culprit 30 years of degrated coins, that had fused together I imagined the pipe to be like an 85 year old man's arteries that ate bacon for 83 of those years. By the time he was done it was free flowing and looking good. Great guy, very fair price and made sure it was clear running it through couple times. Great job, would recommend this guy anytime. Clearly takes his time to do it right.
