All I needed was to make a quick return before a meltdown and instead they both pointed me to the back of a LONG line. My daughter then squirmed out of my hands and we lost two more places in line. I then hold my 1.5 year old to avoid losing our place in line and she proceeds to lose it. Everyone working near me gave me the most judgemental looks, including customers. Not one person said "we will be right with you", "can I help you", "sorry about the long wait", or god forbid someone say "hang in there, you're doing great!" I left in tears! I like to use a lot of higher end art supplies. Copic markers. Golden paints. Bernat yarn. Now it's where I get a lot of my fabric since Jo-Ann closed. The art supplies are great, but not so much the service. It's a hit or miss experience. When it's bad, it's really bad. Lately, I've been buying more supplies online. There's a lot more options with competitive prices online so I'm sure they are losing some business.
