G&H had a good selection. They were very friendly, and helpful. Their prices are competitive with Lowes and Home Depot (actually $2 cheaper, by design). Unfortunately we live pretty far out of their delivery zone, so we weren't able to purchase the KitchenAid we viewed. Still, I wanted to recommend anyone in the market to give G&H a shot.

After committing to providing better service than the big box distributors, I purchased from Vinton Appliances. I prefer to support and do business with local establishments. However, I was left to move my own, old fridge with my wife downstairs, after you told me "no problem sir, we will move it downstairs". I had to plead with you to actually deliver my new fridge after you confirmed "you make deliveries to our lake location all the time". When you arrived, your crew had nothing but can't do comments vs. can do comments based off the customer commitment you made... Further, after your delivery team did finally deliver and set-up the fridge, I asked them before they left why the water dispenser wasn't working. Their response was that it probably will start once the unit gets cold. I was skeptical on that response as it seemed to be a response just to leave and not address the issue. After waiting a full day for water to come out of the new fridge, nothing.... So, my wife and I pulled the fridge from its spot only to find the new reinforced braided tubing they installed to be completely kinked off by the installers and leaking. I unhooked it and did the job correctly, but now I have a kinked braided tube line that is suspect to kinking and leaking in the future because of inadequate installation. Upon looking over the fridge further, we noticed your installers didn't remove all the protective plastic wrap on a majority of the fridge. So we did that job for them as well. I committed to tipping your installers, and I did very hesitantly, because that's what commitments are - A promise you simply keep.
