What's great about this location is the availability of cars on the weekend, fair prices and customer service. Each time I rent, I always reserve the sub compact class and I've found myself with an upgraded car each time with no additional charge. There has never been a problem with availability either but I would suggest making your reservation online a couple days in advance just to be safe. They are also open Sunday's. The pick up and drop off process has always been smooth as well and the staff is friendly, especially considering the business they're in and the potential for difficult customers. The one negative is that they run your credit if you attempt to pay with debit instead of credit. I don't know if it's a hard run but either way, I didn't care for that so keep it in mind if you feel the same way. I will continue to rent from this location. It's a much better 24 hour deal than zip car, it's conveniently located, the staff is good and the hours are good.

I booked a car online and the first vehicle I was given was really dirty. I think someone had spilled cola in it and lucky me, it got on my beige coat and all over my hands. I took the keys back and got a different vehicle that was clean, thankfully. The second car was fine, however, I ran into trouble when I tried to return the car on Sunday. No one told me they were closed and I had to keep the car an extra day, or pay one-way rental fees for returning it to another location. The manager at this location was very nice and fixed this issue when I returned it on Monday. Overall, I think I'll stick with Enterprise going forward, though I do appreciate the guys at this location addressing my issues.

After replacing it and still having issues, the team didn't stop there -- they came out with another battery to try, and when that didn't solve it, they quickly pivoted and realized the car itself might be dead. Without hesitation, they sent another employee out with jumper cables and jump-started my car roadside. That level of responsiveness and problem-solving is rare. Huge shoutout to Will and his manager Josh for acting quickly, professionally, and with a genuine focus on getting the issue resolved. I had reserved the car via the website..... granted this rental is for a Monday and return it the next day. When I had arrived for my 11am pick up, the staff was friendly. We had went over the car options, rate and the insurance options, which I had declined. Within a few minutes, I was on my way to the car. The explained how to exit the parking ramp with a ticket. The attendants even emailed me photos of the car indicating there weren't any damage to the car. Returning the car was a little confusing since I didn't see the additional parking spots for Hertz. Returning the key, was very painless. Again, the agent was very pleasant. I had received the receipt via a print out and by email. Hopefully, I won't have any issues like the previous renters. Within about 10 minutes I was exiting the driveway with a pretty clean ride in which to do errands for the 4 days leading up to the "big move." It is insane that a moving company can screw logistics so badly, and that they couldn't inform their clients face to face, or even by email. In the end after quite a few phone calls, I was lucky to find a U-haul with an available rental, and I should have dealt with them from the start instead of the farce that is Penske.
