I did not receive any refund or discount. I did receive several ugly emails from Alessia criticizing and using bully language to me. I am disgusted and will never rent from SIXT in any country. Especially not Italy. Today my receipt shows a 200 euro premium charge? I had a flat Tire and they instructed me to taxi (130 euro) to closest city to get another car. I don't have to pay premium for their choices. I never got reimburse for the taxi either and yes I paid highest coverage insurance.
