    (this is for Budget, which is co-located with Avis in the Bari airport)…read more (questo è per Budget, che è co-localizzato con Avis nell'aeroporto di Bari) Amazing service from Tiziania, no problems at all I'm not sure if everyone else who works at Budget is awful or what, but Tiziania was the absolute best person I have ever picked up a rental car from, ever. She was warm, friendly, helpful, and did not try to upsell us extra insurance at all. We showed her our two proofs of insurance (one on the credit card, one from a third party travel insurer) and she said "great!" and let us know it was a reimbursement system if anything did happen. Then she upgraded our vehicle, gave us our keys, and took the time to write out a list of her favorite spots to go visit in Puglia. Returning the car was painless, with no issues around dents or anything. Thank you Tiziania! You deserve a big raise! ---- Servizio straordinario da Tiziania, nessun problema Non sono sicuro se tutti gli altri che lavorano in Budget siano orribili o cosa, ma Tiziania è stata la persona migliore in assoluto da cui abbia mai preso un'auto a noleggio, in assoluto. Era calorosa, amichevole, disponibile e non ha provato a venderci un'assicurazione extra. Le abbiamo mostrato le nostre due prove di assicurazione (una sulla carta di credito, una di un assicuratore di viaggio di terze parti) e lei ha detto "fantastico!" e facci sapere che era un sistema di rimborso se fosse successo qualcosa. Poi ha aggiornato il nostro veicolo, ci ha dato le chiavi e si è presa il tempo per scrivere un elenco dei suoi luoghi preferiti di lei da visitare in Puglia. La restituzione dell'auto è stata indolore, senza problemi intorno ad ammaccature o altro. Grazie Tiziano! Ti meriti un grosso aumento!

    Warning!!! Budget in Bari Italy are the worst staff ever,…read morethey charged us over 200 Euro xtra for insurance we already had prepaid 3 weeks before arraival! The staff gave us no chance, just to sign the new contract or else NO CAR. We tried really hard to solve the problem at their office the day after since we landed late at arrival day (13-10-22). Their coordinator Giusy just laugh at us and talked ever so loud that ALL the Customers in line heard her proud attitude toward us, she meant that we were the problem an d had our self to blame. Our vacation was totally destrotd and at return date, I took some photos att Giusy and Budgets office to have some proof of their attitude and inform and warn rental Customer at Internet. Giusy and a colleague threaten us with the Police, and told us that we were going to get our money back. Still after 2 months!! Budget show no interest to give us the money back that we got charge xtra for. Budgets Customer Service still blame us and have no interest to solve our experience made by their Budget staff in Bari Italy and their coordinator Giusy. Please chose another car rental company!! I am disgusted and will never rent from SIXT in any country. Especially not Italy. Today my receipt shows a 200 euro premium charge? I had a flat Tire and they instructed me to taxi (130 euro) to closest city to get another car. I don't have to pay premium for their choices. I never got reimburse for the taxi either and yes I paid highest coverage insurance.
