My experience at this branch was terrible. I had problems with booking (the employee entered the wrong name on my booking, even though I reserved and entered the information correctly online). Then I received an "upgrade" because the car I originally booked, was not available (if you consider a minivan to drive around the city an upgrade). I received the car that I drove for a few days, and did not have any problems. When I returned the car, the Sixt employee checked the car for almost 10 minutes until she found a tiny scratch, that I could not have possibly detected during my own inspection of the car during pick-up (she actually had to wipe off dust in several places to find something). I was then threatened that the employee would send me the bill to cover the cost for the bumper. It was obvious that the employee did not care at all about the customer at all, ruined my evening, and now I have to deal with the legalities to correct this issue.
