Not only did they help ease my mind and console me , they helped me understand how flawless the coat would appear upon completion of the repairs. I have never owned my own mink (and I'm 52), but since I had to borrow this coat, and since there were such beautiful coats in the store..my husband said "try one on". Yes...he bought me a beautiful fur of my own. But the incredible thing was that the owner helped me try every coat on several times and didn't stop showing me furs that fit my taste and body style, until I found my perfect coat. Go to this place! They are honest, fair and their customer service is impeccable.

Holding my property hostage!…read more Be careful you may get your fur back damaged or not at all!!!! I have stored my fur here for 10 years. The service is sourly but adequate. When I came to pick up my coats for the season my blue fox coat was hanging with the rest of the items on the stand. Mr. Martin did not make any attempt to bring it to my attention but there were pieces of the coat hanging torn off the coat. Not in the seam. Simply strips of the fur hanging of the coat. Mr. Martin waved the payment on the entire order to make up for the severe negligence in the care of my jackets, had me sign receipt and stamped it afterwards. He kept the receipt without giving me a copy. He said he would repair the blue fox and I could come pick it up shortly. He called soon after and tried to blame "somebody else" who repaired the coat. The coat has not been anywhere else for probably ten years and he himself did some repairs on it in the past. It would take quit a force to tear a fur like this. (again not in the seam). My husband called Mr. Martin who gave him the same improbable story of "somebody else has done it and it came apart all by itself" however repeated that the order is indeed free and for me to come pick it up. When I did, to my surprise I was asked to pay for the previously retrieved coats. The owner did not allow me to take my property without paying for part of the order that has been already completed and in my possession. So be careful - it can be you next time!

This friend's wife made him get rid of his khaki cargo shorts with a drawstring waist and a Longhorn helmet logo on the front left leg and my husband inherited them. He LOVES them. L-O-V-E-S LOVES them. So, being the good wife I am, I decided to find him about 4 more pair. Simply going off the "Specially made for RB Sporting Goods" label in the back waistband, I hit up Google and found RB Sporting Goods. I emailed them on Wednesday at 9:15 pm. I had a response from the "RB" in "RB Sporting Goods", Rodger Bruce, by 8:11 am the next day, stating that they stopped carrying that particular style back in 2011, but if I'd let him know what size my husband wanted he'd head down to the UT equipment room and see if he could find any in his size. By Friday evening he confirmed he'd found 5 pairs in my husbands size (score!) and was willing to sell them to me at a discount (double score!). I thought he was based out of Austin, but it turns out he's in Dallas - I really hope he didn't make a special trip just for me, but if he did - even more kudos to him! Mr. Bruce went way above and beyond helping out some crazy lady in Virginia on a one-time purchase, so I can only imagine what he does for his repeat customers that order stuff season after season. It almost makes me want to start my own sports team just so I can give him more business! If RB Sporting Goods isn't handling your sports teams needs, they should be!

I just happened to be there on the right day at the right time because someone had just returned some Moxi Jack Boots in Black, which has been the color I've been drooling over for a long time! And it just so happened to be in my size! Surely this was a sign from the universe that I had to get them! Mo was super helpful, funny and kind to get them mounted and set up for me since they were just the boots. He took my plates from my Lolly's and frankensteined them to my Jacks! He was able to do it in less than 2 hours and said he could have done it faster, but something came up! I am pleased as punch every time I come. They have a ramp in the back that I'd like to try out one day, but if nothing else, they have a roller rink nearby and Lewisville has it's own skate park as well which I want to use, hence why I upgraded to Jack's! As someone who has been an avid fan (and collector) of Robert Graham for the past ~7 years, I was extremely pleased when this boutique/shop opened during the summer of 2014. While there are other stores in the area that carry Robert Graham there's nothing like having a single shop that contains everything Robert Graham. From the main line to the Limited Edition line (and everything in between); it can all be found in this location. This includes things for both Men and Women; shirts, hats, socks, blazers etc. If Robert Graham makes it this store has it. On my many visits here the staff has always been very personable and as importantly knowledgeable of the brand. I usually work with Cassandra or Joe. Both are super cool and are the epitome of customer service. If neither are present I go with the flow. Regardless of who I end up working with I really like the fact they are not the pushy sales person type trying to force you into a purchase. And I'm thankful the staff here do NOT have stalker tendencies. On every visit I've been able to browse at my leisure and when I need assistance they are immediately available to help.
