I am one of the owners of Denton Truck and Auto Parts in Denton, Texas…read more We had been looking for a few months to find a good screen printing and embroidery shop to handle our logo wear. San Bay was the one we selected because of (1) their willingness to use our existing electronic files to create their print patterns and stitch programs, (2) the samples the did for us looked amazing, (3) the prices quoted were very reasonable compared to the local competition, and (4) the speed of delivery was flipping amazing. On the final point, most of the competition was saying a 2-week minimum to obtain the finished goods. San Bay was able to deliver in a week. The final product looks really good, even in the intricate detail areas of our logo. We will be a returning customer.

What happened to the good ol' days when you went to the mall printed a tshirt and went home??? This days it got too fancy.. You will get the tshirt within 3-5 business days, wait, what???? 5 days??? Yes! And you need to order minimum of 12!!! I called so many places and they all had all kind of questions and obstacles, this one can do only one color, the other one doesnt have my tshirt color (black!!!) and all day i just heard excuses. It looks like people don't want to work anymore. Finally I found this custom tees store and the guy was very cooperative from the begening, i sent him the files, he responded back, the communication was a bit slow but i could tell that the fuy was busy. He said yes to SAME DAY SERVICE yaaayyy! Even though the price for a one shirt was a bit pricey, it was worth it and I understand why. I came at the time he told me, got beautiful tshirt with great printing quality. That's all I needed and they were able to deliver it!

They helped us with the process from start to finish, from choosing fabric that would be sturdy and stain resistant (and still pretty) to adding coordinating fabric for window treatments. The staff was professional and kind, finished the job in a timely manner, and we felt the cost was reasonable. Our camper went from outdated and drab to beautiful and inviting and we had some good times camping together. The updates also added value to the camper and we had no problem selling it when we no longer needed it. My husband just built a banquette for our kitchen and I'll be calling Kingston to cover the cushions for the benches.

Very disappointing experience with DTF Center Dallas today. I have been a customer for over a year…read moreand have spent a significant amount of money with this company, but after how I was treated today, I will not be returning. I first tried to place my order through their website, but it repeatedly showed "failed to upload" when trying to submit my files. I then used their website chat to ask for help and requested an invoice since I had already shared my Canva document with them. No one ever responded in the chat. Since I still needed the order, I began calling around 3:00 PM and had to call continuously for almost an hour before someone finally answered the phone. I was told the Dallas location was on another call and would be transferred once they were finished. When I finally spoke to someone at the Dallas store, I confirmed multiple times that the prints would be ready the same day. He said yes. I shared the Canva document, he sent the invoice, and I paid immediately. I even asked again if the order would be ready today, and he again confirmed that it would. The Shop app even showed the order being packed for pickup, so I sent my husband to the store. When my husband arrived, the first employee helping him smelled strongly of marijuana and appeared to be under the influence, which was extremely unprofessional. After that, the same employee I spoke with earlier suddenly said the order would NOT be ready until tomorrow, completely contradicting what he had told me earlier. When I spoke with him on the phone to clarify what happened, he was very rude, repeatedly interrupted me, and raised his voice instead of addressing the mistake or trying to resolve the situation. For a business that relies on time-sensitive print orders, clear communication and professionalism are critical. Unfortunately, this experience showed poor communication, rude customer service, and staff behavior that raises serious concerns about professionalism. After being a loyal customer for over a year, this experience was unacceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
