From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organized and professional. Mike in the office was so helpful and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Our guides, Tyler and Juan, were absolutely fabulous--friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt confident and safe before we hit the water. This was my very first time on a jet ski, and thanks to their clear instructions and encouragement, I felt totally comfortable and ready to go. The tour itself was stunning--Key West is even more beautiful from the water! The weather was perfect, and I especially loved the calm, Gulf side, where we had some free time to go fast on our own. It was such a fun, memorable experience, and I can't recommend it enough. Thanks again to the team for an unforgettable adventure!

First, I want to say that Captain Jason and Bernie were great. They were friendly, professional,…read moreand did their best under the circumstances. My disappointment is not with the crew, but with the overall experience and how the tour was handled given the weather conditions. I had concerns that the weather would impact our excursion, so I actually called that morning to confirm the tour was still going as planned. I was assured we were going. Unfortunately, the tour was a complete disappointment. The main reason we booked was to experience the secluded sandbar, which is a major highlight of the advertised excursion. We never even made it to the sandbar. Instead, we barely snorkeled in rough waters that felt unsafe and certainly weren't enjoyable. We also didn't see the tropical fish, sea turtles, or other marine life highlighted in the tour description. The one bright spot was seeing dolphins, which we really enjoyed. However, that alone did not make up for everything else we missed. I completely understand that weather is unpredictable and safety comes first. However, if conditions weren't suitable to deliver the main experiences being advertised, I believe the company should have offered guests the option to reschedule or cancel rather than proceeding with a significantly reduced experience. Again, Captain Jason and Bernie were wonderful, and I don't fault them at all. But ultimately, we paid for an experience we simply did not receive. What was supposed to be a relaxing, memorable day on the water ended up feeling like a complete waste of money.

Night Kayak Key West - Going through the mangroves!

Night Kayak Key West

This was one of the coolest things I've experienced!…read more We booked for Wednesday night, but the weather was forecast to turn ugly. Brandon called us and gave us the option to move our reservation to Thursday night, or receive refunds. We moved our reservations, and are glad we did. The company uses some sort of sliding platform that allows you to get into, and out of, the kayaks very easily. Getting in and out of the water is as simple and pulling on the handrails on the sides of the platform. The clear bottom kayaks, and the LED lighting, made it easy to see to the bottom of the shallow ocean we kayaked through. We saw a lot of life, including iguanas in the trees, sea sponges, crab, lobster, jellyfish, octopus, starfish, a couple small schools of fish like blue tetras, and a couple tarpons. Brandon, our tour guide, let us hold or touch a crab, starfish, lobster, and octopus. All very cool! I will definitely do this again next time I'm in Key West.

The Night Kayak Key West was a fun small excursion into a channel and mangrove patch. On this mid-October night of the 730 tour, we saw a few interesting fish including a nurse shark and needle nose fish and at a few spots, little fishes were jumping into the boats. You will get a bit wet but it's warm, fresh water. You have to go bare-footed. The current was strong and the water high on this night; our guide Jimmy assured us that it was not normal and it could have been due to the hurricane happening up in the upper Gulf. Jimmy provided a lot of interesting info about the mangroves, species of fish and more. Most people were able to maneuver the boats pretty well tho a few had some trouble, but not bad at all. It's not a real workout but there is a lot of paddling. If you have any electronics, you may want to protect them from the moisture and splashing. There was mosquito repellent available to apply, which most ppl used, but there were hardly any bugs. The directions to the site were easy to follow and you can park under building #6. There's a small pier and depending on the time of year, you can catch the sunset over the water. I thought it was overall a fun way to spend a few evening hours - everyone seemed to enjoy the experience and there was lots of laughing, bumper boats at times. I don't have any pictures of the actual tour because they didn't come out well - just a few of the beautiful scene at sunset. On a night with more sightings, I'd probably say that Night Kayak Key West was a 5/5.

Amazing! NOT a "wave runner tour". This is an "adventure tour" that happens to be on wave runners…read more You'll go fast. 35-45mph and in the ocean you'll be flying over waves. It's exhilarating and you will get a workout. Our guide, Josh, was both fun and capable. Highly recommend if you like a thrill. Tips: Sunglasses are necessary. But not for the sun. There's an awful lot of spray and they work as goggles. Guys, if you have compression shorts (spandex) wear that instead of a bathing suit. At 45mph your bathing suit will catch the wind and ride up on you. They'll hold your bags behind the counter. Josh did take photos and texted them to us. Strong possibility you will be sore the next day (our swells in the Atlantic were 2-3 feet)! Plan accordingly

What a fun way to see Key West. A family friendly, yet exciting, adventure touring the Mangroves,…read moresunken vessels and learning a little about the history of the island. Our guide, Chris, was fantastic. Chris gave us some time to get comfortable with the Jet Skis in the wide open waters, which meant some time to tear through the water and ride the wake! Your guide will share photos to your phone at the conclusion so you don't have to worry about lugging and losing your phone. Definitely book this tour - you won't regret it! Bonus: at the end of the tour you're given tokens for free beer and a 10% discount at Hurricane Hole, the eatery at the marina that serves some bomb wings and nachos!
