Worst communication I have ever had the unpleasant fortune to deal with. My husband and I had planned a vacation with the lighthouse. I pre payed as agreed. Unfortunately, my husband's cancer reoccurred and was ordered by his doctors not to travel. This happened a couple of months before our scheduled trip. The best experience of our lives! We felt like we were in a dream for the three days we were there! The lighthouse is immaculate...and love and peace fill up every room! We fished, sat in the hot tub, took 360 degree photos from the top of the lighthouse, walked the decks and forest trails, played games and enjoyed every second. The attention to detail by the owners made us feel so special and blessed to be able to unwind in this precious place. Got back last week from three wonderful days at the lighthouse. This lighthouse was over the top fun, interesting, comfortable, homey, and had everything you could possibly imagine or need. It has recently been remodeled and it is stunning. Not just the lighthouse, the views! They were amazing. You're out there on your own little point, and you have a 365° stunning view. There was a Eagles nest right out the window. We hot tubbed, bbq'd And ate dinner on the outside dining room table. We use the skiff to go back-and-forth to town. We used her for kayaks, and kayaked all around the little island the lighthouse is on. Honestly, if you were questioning if you should stay in this lighthouse... Don't question, just book it. On our way to the airport after leaving the lighthouse, we contacted the owner and booked it again for next year, we loved it so much. There was four of us, two couples. And we enjoyed ourselves immensely. read more
