When I did have an emergency during hours and I thought my dog was dying, they wanted to charge me a $200 fee to have it reviewed by their board to see if they could get her in. I never went back. You'll also wait 30 minutes to see a doctor every time you go there. Why don't they just adjust their appointment times? Don't know. You'd think they'd provide top tier service with the prices they charge.

The people they hire are often rude (I'm sure it's not everyone there and I've met nice people there as well, but many very rude as well). Positives include quality vet care and they accept care credit (not many vets accept care credit and it's incredibly useful). However you can receive quality vet care without the headache of fees, unnecessary "physical examinations", and rude vet techs. I went there for years and the prices were always high, they're only higher now and the frustration, arguments, and rude staff members are the nail in the coffin. They also used to be a 7 day a week vet and that's no longer the case and they're hours on their website (at least as of this moment) are not accurate. If you aren't afraid to shell out money and aren't concerned what it's for then the negative aspects of this vet may not be a deal breaker for you, for everyone else be nice to your wallet and leave these people be.
