I have to tell you, we have been customers of Sit Catering for a while now since my sister got married two years ago, and I was really excited to have them cater my wedding morning two years later. I will start off by saying that their food is absolutely delicious, depending on what you pick. The wedding morning Catering, that I got, I am very grateful to Diego for going through the menu with me, and helping me choose items that he thought my pallet would like more. The tacos, the steak sliders, the little kebab sandwiches, the ashta dessert, I can keep going and going, were absolutely delicious. Their new lobster rolls were not, they sent the wrong chicken sliders, which I wasn't too excited about, And if we had a double checked the day before the wedding, they had forgotten to send a few of the fleet items that we're supposed to come. Other than them being kind of unorganized this time, I still highly recommend the team. I would just say double check everything that they're doing and just make sure that you're on top of everything. I am very grateful to my mom because she went through all of the stuff that they delivered the day before, which was like the plates, the napkins, things that they were gonna use to serve the food and they just had them packed enough. I guess there was some miscommunication between them in the warehouse that they work with. But again, all of it comes down to just being a little unorganized on their end. This is the first time i have catered with Sit catering. I was somewhat anxious and worried for i had never catered finger foods for a lounge party type of setup. I asked around and got mixed reviews which increased my anxiety level. I can not express how HAPPY AND IMPRESSED i was with Sona and her team. She delivered flawlessly and exquisitely. The food and the presentation was amazing. The flavor was robust and delicious. Her presentation was unbelievably beautiful. It was the best decision i had made. My event was at 8 and for the first time ever i was stress free and ready to greet my guests when her team came in at 5:30 and set up within one hour, cleaned up and her staff waited around to start serving. The owner, Sona, brought the wrong color couch to the bride's parents house. The employees tried to clean the white couch but could not remove the dirty stain from it. They wanted to cover it with a throw blanket. Per the original, Sona did not specify the color that was chosen during the booking 1.5 years ago. They were asked to take back the white couch and bring the couch beige couch today but it was past business hours and the beige couch was at another brides house. Sona said per the contract service start time was 10:30 am and that the couch would be there tomorrow, Sunday, aka wedding day. She belitted the bride for worrying about something "so small." Talk about horrible organization and customer service skills! They arrived 1.5 days late to set up, furniture was not wrapped or covered, falling apart, dirty. They did not wipe it, curtains has stains. Clearly they don't care about covid or any other infectious diseases. It wouldn't have Been an issue if they did their job correctly in the first place. The bride didn't realize the Cala-lily flowers that were delivered were disgusting until after that first call with Sona around 5 pm on Saturday. The flower edges were brown and dirty looking, half open/half closed. We called her back but no answer. We texted her pictures and left voicemails. We called the delivery employee as well asking him to tell Sona to call us back ASAP. Sona did not call or text us back. She left the bride in an outraged state, the day before her wedding. Instead, she showed up the next day with some "better" Cala-lily's to try and replace the rotten ones. Then proceeded to interrupt the brides hair and makeup appointment that morning. The money we paid for this service was a WASTE! The only good thing they know how to do is their food and servers. So it might be best to just stick to ONLY that for future services. read more

We used sit catering for my wedding and they were amazing and so easy to work with. My main contact was Diego and he was very responsive and on top of everything. When I first called them to book, they sent me all their options and made it so easy to come in and schedule everything. After signing the contract I even forgot to reach out to finalize details and Diego was very on top of it. We ended up picking their higher package but didn't need most of the rentals and Diego compensated by adding additional items which shows how good they are at customer service. He also helped with design and telling us the best food options. The day before the crew came to set up and they were very diligent on proper placement. And worked quickly and efficiently finishing within the time frame they said they would show up. After the crew left we noticed one of the plates for the food had a small chip, not a big deal, we just wanted to notify them so we wouldn't be held liable for it and they completely replaced the plate the next morning. I completely get normal wear and tear of items, it's a rental company, which is why little details didn't bother me much because you can't even see them unless you inspect them. They made the morning of my wedding so easy. When you're planning wedding and you already have to work with a million vendors having a company that does rentals and catering all in one is so nice and makes it so you have one less thing to worry about. Everyone complimented the food, there was a lot of leftovers as well, even though we had more people show up than anticipated. I happened to read some of the reviews on this site and I'm kind of shocked because it doesn't sound like the company I worked with.
