We're very happy that we chose Buck's BBQ to cater our annual holiday party, because our guests loved the food! And, the staff members, Samuel and Freddy, were so professional, polite, friendly, attentive, and helpful! We loved their positive and upbeat energy and attitude. They made sure that we were completely satisfied and happy with every detail. We truly appreciated that they were also helping to clean up after our guests and served drinks to guests from the bar. We always have maid service to clean up after our guests during the event and told the guys that they didn't need to help clean up, but they were still adamant about helping out. What a couple of great guys! We can't say enough about the wonderful food and superb team that Buck's provided us! We had Buck's cater a special birthday (101st) for about 30 guests this weekend. They are awesome!! They were flexible about menu options (including vegetarian substitutes), provided good communication beforehand about what to expect, were set up with everything in place well before the event, provided delicious food, and were so gracious and accommodating to guests. Doug (BBQ chef) was such a warm and helpful server and he checked in on our guests and made sure they had everything they needed throughout the event. This group is extremely easy to work with so if you're thinking about hosting a BBQ and can't work the grill the whole time or do all the sides yourself CALL THEM! Wow! We just had the BEST birthday party on a ranch/ equestrian park for our special needs twin teen girls 17th birthday. We hired for our company BBQ this past weekend and the food was wonderful! Doug and his crew were right on time, and very professional. Having our food prepared on location was such a nice touch for our guests. They provided everything, the only thing we had to get was plates, cutlery, and napkins. They took care of the rest! The meat was delicious and well-seasoned, many of our guests went back for seconds. We also had to-go boxes which they graciously filled up for us before packing up and leaving. Just had Buck's cater my son's high school graduation dinner. Portions were huge, ribs were VERY GOOD. the sauce had a nice kick to it!. Red potato salad was very popular, and the tossed salad with the cucumbers was great. We added the corn on the cob which were juicy. Would definitely recommend. read more

Please sample the food before you hire!!! I wasn't going to hire bucks catering because the owner Doug was very pushy about sending deposit etc. regardless I decided to go to the sampling to try the food first. Thank god I did. The chicken was fully RAW, which he tried to blame on "lighting" when you could clearly see if giggle pink. The macaroni salad was bland, the potato salad wasn't terrible but wasn't good by any means, the steak was as thin as paper and the seasoning wasn't good. The teriyaki skewers were terribleeee, I spit it into my napkin. The only good thing we had were the mashed potatoes which came out of the microwave. Please do not let him push you into anything. Although I am glad I tried the food first, it was a complete waste of $150! I recommend everyone avoids this place by all costs. I'm not sure how they are still in business. Such a shame. read more

My entire experience with Bucks BBQ has been nothing short of fantastic. Not only was Doug responsive, patient, and super accommodating, the food was DELICIOUS.
