When we finally got to the window, the employee with red hair was extremely rude. We had never been there before, but she was very pushy and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her by asking questions. She acted as though we were dumb for not already knowing how everything worked. I mentioned that my drink was much sweeter than expected and politely asked if it could be remade. Her response was, "I'll have to charge you for a whole other drink," with no attempt to help or offer an alternative.
