Interior wise, hit or miss on study vibes since it's very popular with families and kids understandably, usually very busy in the afternoon and evenings and on the loud side so I would come in expecting that. Service is about what you would expect from an all teenage girl group of workers, they're usually pretty nice. As long as they keep making their coffee I will continue to dedicate my dollars to them.

Oh, but THIS store! It's wonderful. It's all about the local food scene, and quality. The cupcakes in the bakery case are made there, and the pretty frosting designs were naturally colored. They bake their own breads. The deli line was led wonderful, there's a coffee stand, and the smoothies are made to order with real fruit, no mixes. The prepared foods case was also well stocked and generous with variety...I was able to find a delicious snack for the afternoon. The produce section is colorful and impressive...they even have Buddha's hand! This has an upscale Whole Foods vibe (pre Amazon ownership), and Moscow is lucky to have it. Adding a few words to hopefully trigger this in searches for vegan, organic, lunch and dinner, since it didn't come up in a search for those topics for me. I "discovered" the co op just driving by.

I ordered the burger, one daughter ordered the chicken and waffles, and the other daughter asked for a custom breakfast sandwich made with items that were already on the menu. The server was in agreement that they could accommodate that request. Food arrived quickly. It was fresh and delicious. My burger was juicy and flavorful with a nice side of ketchup. My daughters both enjoyed their meals. We paid the bill with a credit card and were told that no gratuity could be charged. Of course I wanted to compensate the weight staff for service. I've had really good pretzels with beer cheese at Zeppoz in Pullman and this is not that. The korean chicken sandwich was fine. It was covered in their korean BBQ sauce which is kind of a unique taste but kind of reminds me of commercial americanized chinese food. The cole slaw on it is nice. I think I liked the pulled pork sandwich better. The rustic apple tart was good, nothing amazing but it's apple tart with vanilla ice cream. The prickly pear smash mocktail was good, and I think it's one of the few uniquely good items at this restaurant that you can't get anywhere else. If I go again, there are a few other things I'd like to try, like the salmon dip. Based on what I've seen of the quality of the food already though, I don't expect anything to be amazing. In conclusion, this is probably a good place to go if you're looking for drinks, a place with a nice view, and/or a spot to grab a meal on campus and you don't mind the price. If you're looking for real fine dining however, I recommend you skip this place and try somewhere else.
