For a company that has such high reviews, I had a very disappointing experience…read more First, as others have mentioned recently, the call center scheduling was a poor experience. Scheduling the service was simple and quick, and I was told it would be $69 to perform the services I had asked them to check out - fine. However, the problem with the call center comes after the tech arrives and he informs me that what I wanted is $220 and that the $69 is a fee just for him to show-up. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because their office manager (Susan) is a true angel. She explained that they had recent hires at the organization and apologized for the issues and was very considerate. However, the next problem came when one of the issues I had them come to check was not even listed on the quote. I specifically asked about the item in our discussion/inspection as the tech seemed to leave it off during our final chat. The prices seem fair, but I cannot give my business to an organization that was 0/2 on fulfilling their duties on the easier side of the work they would be doing. Again, I followed-up with Susan after the second hiccup and she was a true angel and super helpful. I imagine that the other 770 reviews can't all be fake, so some people are obviously having great experiences. Just be very mindful when you contact them about these issues and maybe you can prevent yourself some frustration.

This should have been my first indication that things weren't going to go well. Once finally hearing from them to schedule an appt, I explained how my breaker panel was on the outside of the house and they agreed there would be no reason for me to have to be home since they wouldn't need to get into the house. Carl called me the day of the appt and said he was about 40 min away. I explained to him the detail of what had been going on and again how the panel was outside. Since I wasn't going to be home, he agreed to leave a copy of the work order in my mailbox and I could use the address for sending the service fee too. Well, I got home that evening to find no work order in the mailbox, no note and breaker panel fuse still tripped. So Carl never showed. I had ended up placing a total of 3 calls to them. Received voice mail all 3 times and left a message requesting a call back along with an explanation. I also contacted my home warranty company who also left Carl 2 additional voice mails. ALL of these messages went unanswered. No returned call, no emails or explanations provided. I finally had to get the warranty company to re-assign my case to a different contractor. Good thing I never paid him! Please stay away from this guy as this is as unprofessional as it gets.

Background: I was waiting on another AC company to get back to me on a quote: days. Called them twice to check. Problem is it was hot as hell in the house - up to 88F in stifling humidity. So I called Air Experts late Thurs morning. We scheduled a consult with their "comfort advisors" (sales) for that same afternoon! That was kinda mind blowing by itself. Jackson and Erik got there and we were tearing it up while getting business done - hilarious really. By about 5pm same day, I had a quote and a good price for 2 new units. But then the next shocker. They scheduled the install FOR THE NEXT MORNING. Their installers arrived early next morning, Mark, Roberto, & Tyler. All great guys. By 10:30 I finally had air blasting in the house. I had suffered with failing AC for 18 months since buying this house and they had it down to 70 for their tests. It was... AMAZING. So, without doubt I recommend these guys. Professional, fun, courteous, timely and they honor their word.
