When I confessed that I didn't have my wallet, they just opened the garage door and said that if I couldn't find it by the time they closed, I could come back in the morning and pay. During my last service, I used their restroom and found it to be surprisingly clean and sanitary. I don't recall what the cost was for a full synthetic service on my vehicle, but I do know that I felt it was reasonably priced (not too cheap or too expensive). I guess the only negative thing that I could report about this establishment is that the oil change service did take longer than I have experienced with other oil change places around Bloomington - Normal. I can see how this could potentially bother other patrons. I was/am not bothered by the added length of time, because I saw that all of the staff were working hard & I didn't see any slacking off or laziness during both of my experiences. ** I would prefer for them to take any extra time to be thorough with everything, so they don't miss anything and I am given the best quality.
