I have been going to Shawn for many years for different services. She is masterfully skilled in every service I have received - lash extensions, lash tinting, facials, microdermabrasion, nano infusion and light therapy. I am 67 years old from the generation of baby oil and tanning! Needless to say I have paid the price. Shawn has helped my skin when I thought there was no hope. I have seen a definite improvement with microdermabrasion with the nano infusion and light therapy. My skin is brighter, reduced wrinkles, feels tighter and reduced age spots- a mini face lift! I love seeing Shawn. She is a true professional with a beautiful spirit. So kind and giving in every way. I look forward to my visits and know I will walk out feeling and looking great! You will be hooked!

Shawn is absolutely amazing at everything she does in her salon, especially lashes. I had tried a…read morefew other salons before finding her and I was never satisfied. After my first appointment with Shawn, I knew I would never go anywhere else. My lashes always look natural and exactly how I want them. She was very kind and patient during my first appointment while I was trying to decide what style would suit what I was looking for best. At the end, she really took the time to thoroughly go through the eyelash Home Care so that my lashes would stay healthy and last as long as possible. Lash health and safety is of number one importance for Shawn. She reviews everything extensively with you and then also provides videos and tutorials on her website just in case you forget anything once you are home. Shawn's salon is always immaculate. It is beautifully decorated and you can tell that health and sanitation is of paramount importance to her.  That was something I was very concerned about as I was looking for lash studios. I was very worried about infections, especially since the eyes are so delicate. Once I saw Shawn's salon and watched how carefully she takes care of every aspect, I knew I was in perfect hands! I am also impressed at how Shawn is constantly continuing her education in her field. She is always up on the latest trends and techniques. She has a packed client list, but yet still finds the time to take classes and mentor others. This is so important and it definitely shows the passion she has for her craft. I have referred several friends to her whom have all been equally as pleased as I am. In fact, I brought my mom in as a first-time "lasher" and she was extremely satisfied because of how natural her lashes looked. She was afraid that the lashes would look like "too much" for her age and Shawn made sure to find the exact style that was perfect for her eye shape and for what she was looking for. She got several compliments, even from other estheticians and lash artists. My mom now drives 2 hours just to get her lashes done by Shawn each month.  I have received dozens of compliments over the 4 years I have been going to Shawn. Most people can't even tell I have extensions because of how natural my lashes look. As soon as they find out they're extensions, they want Shawn's information. Not only is Shawn THE best in her field, she is also one of the kindest, most compassionate people you will ever meet. Your appointment time will fly by with conversation, or you can relax and nap while you get your lashes done in her very comfortable salon. Either way, you will leave feeling happy and refreshed. I cannot express how amazing, wonderful, and beautiful you will feel after getting your lashes done by Shawn. She is one-of-a-kind in every aspect. I appreciate all she has done for me over the years. She is a consummate professional and a true artist of her craft.

It would've been nice for someone to say "hey it's gonna be a few more minutes." I thought about walking out, which I should have. I told her what I wanted which she did a pretty good job of accomplishing. I wanted something natural, whispy, And slightly longer than my lashes. I was happy when walking out but my eyes had a bad reaction to the lashes. They were red and watery. Just after 3 days I already have bold spots. Most of the lashes have fallen. I haven't worn eye make up or put on any serums. Now, I have to spend another 80 for a touch up. I'd say go somewhere else that has more reviews and is more established. Update: i should add that the esthetician offered to fix my lashes. Again, they ended up falling out within 3 days. Also, be aware that these are not individual lashes. I wish i had known that.

I tried lash extensions for the first time (after years of lash lifts), and it was a mixed experience. My first set looked crazy! I didn't know what to ask for, and apparently chose wrong based on the consultation. I tried to get used to them, but I was feeling ridiculous and had to go back a few days later to undo them. They were able to figure out how to tone them down, so I tried to stick with them for a few fills. The fills always looked pretty good for 7-9 days or so, but days 10-14 were straggly and unkempt. Even with following their after care to a T and buying their cleaning solution. I also thought it would save me time not having to wear mascara, but I ended up spending way more time brushing them. Also having to lay there for 75 minutes every other week was way more time consuming than a quick 30-45 minute lash lift every 6 weeks. And the beds are quite uncomfortable after about 30 minutes. I ended up getting the extensions removed and going back to lash lifts. I made the appointment in person, and there was no mention of the price. I thought it was going to be $99 like their printed brochure says, but was charged $149 after the service with an explanation that they only offer the higher priced option with keratin add-on and that the brochures (that they still have at their register) are wrong. $50 lesson for me to make sure I confirm pricing before a service. In summary, lash extensions are not for me. And their beds and pricing practices are not for me either.
