We spoke to Raymond, and he was easy to work with. We are Jamaican, and he understood the assignment: Dancehall, Reggae, Soca, and a taste of hip hip and afro beats. There was not one person at our reception who did not have a good time. He had us on the dance floor all evening! Everyone said the DJ made the night. I beg anyone who thinks or have thoughts like mine to carefully think about that. Raymond did our event out charity, kindness, and willingness to help out. While at times, I wasn't quite together with what he needed from me. Raymond was very clear on his needs to make his part successful. That's how professional work. With our DJ, on site and set up quickly. Raymond, really carried this event and gave such a great presence. Having a DJ just made this event more professional. Our little charity event felt so special. It was great to have mics and equipment to project this message, especially for our Victim & Survivors speaking. Overall, Raymond was great to work with. Easy to speak with, came ready to go and asked all the right questions. He was able to adapt to our small space and even our, "I don't know, Not sure -- my apologies for, etc, etc." I would recommend this DJ and would look towards him this event in the future (if we do again) and other events. Thank you so much Raymond!

The day of the wedding our music was great - exactly as we requested based on our questionnaire that we filled out with our do and do not play lists. The MC Manny was fun, energetic and knew how to hype up the crowd. Spanish music was his forte so if that's something you're looking for, definitely recommend hiring him if available. For my husband's surprise party, creating the right ambiance was everything, and Zeke understood that perfectly. His professionalism, seamless execution, and ability to curate the exact vibe I envisioned made him an instrumental part of the evening's success. The music selection was impeccable, the transitions were smooth, and the energy in the room remained vibrant all night long. What stood out most was how many guests specifically mentioned how incredible the DJ was, a true reflection of the experience he created. Zeke delivered not just music, but an atmosphere that made the celebration unforgettable. I'm beyond grateful for the care and excellence he brought to such a special occasion and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a premium, professional, and memorable DJ experience.

DJ Lucky was hired for all 3 of our events including Mehndi, Reception and Walima in late 2018…read more First he came to our Mehndi 3 hours late, half way through the event and was not even the slightest bit apologetic. He blamed traffic claiming he hit 5 hours of traffic when we had several friends and family that came from the same area in Long Island and managed to make it on time. Because he was so late we had to delay starting the Mehndi because we had no music to walk in to. Then when it came to payment he was aggressively arguing with my husband and father in law that he deserved every penny (in spite of playing only half the party). Other than this issue his overall music selection was poor and he played several inappropriate club type american songs that were never requested. Because we were so unhappy with his music selection we gave him a list of songs for the reception and walima however he totally ignored them and continued to play his poor selection of music which my sister had to keep requesting he change. Lastly on the day of our walima once again he played Watch me Whip/Nae Nae and made a loud announcement that he wanted my husband and I to come to the dance floor and dance to this song. You'd think that after 2 previous events and us requesting that he not play this type of music he would have gotten it but NO, clearly it was worst at the walima. My husband and I literally just looked at him and said no and he continued to attempt to coax us which was worse. The reason I was particularly frustrated with this is because my husband and I are both from conservative, punjabi families and this type of music appealed to NOBODY. Overall this was a horrendous experience, he lacks DJ skills and people skills and I would recommend that people think twice before booking. I know we had already decided that when my siblings get married we would never even consider hiring him again.
