BUYER BEWARE. Never pay this guy in full in advance. Never add extras like extra parking or meals…read morebecause they take advantage. Have a copy of the whole contract and program with you ready to hand to the DJ the day of event so that if e has the wrong info here is no excuse. We hired these guys to DJ our kids quince/sweet 16 and from minute one of DJ Danny's arrival to literally the last dance, it was FUBAR. He messed up all the entrance songs. He announced the court wrong. He had the pastors name wrong and wouldn't give her the Mic to do the blessing until we corrected him. He miscued the songs so my spouse only danced HALF the father daughter opening waltz. All the videos were miscues and were mute or had the wrong music on them. None of the choreographed dances were played. None of the dedications were done. None of the traditional dances such as mother/daughter uncle/neice or dances with godparents were done. We had to repeatedly bug him to do the toasts and 16 Candles before he did it. During the 16 Candles he attempted to embarrass the hostess who paid and fed him in front of the entire group of guests, for having the gall to correct him on his many errors. We tried to approach him respectfully and explain that he was making errors probably from having the wrong peice of paper in front of him and instead of going over what might be wrong he decided to argue back and forth in front of everyone. After awhile guests or family members would correct him and he would say ok but just not fix the error. He kept coming up to the teenager whose party it was asking her what to do next when he had a written program and our prior attempts to go over it with him to salvage the situation was not listened to. He tried to get us to give him cash for parking when that was part of the contract and had already been paid out in advance. Out of kindness we set aside an entire table for anyone who worked the party to sit and enjoy a catered meal. The DJ and his crew are instead in our event photos sitting with our party guests glomming down piles of food and making a,mess. These are by the way on the crews own pictures that I paid for them to take. We had to argue to get him to announce the buffet and he called the tables up in the wrong order so the girl whose party it was, was last to eat. We had asked he make special announcements to accommodate autistic kids at our event, but he failed to do so causing distress to 4 disabled kids at our party 2 of whom were family members... and we did explain before the event to the owner that we had special kids there who might need those accommodations. Guests had to remind him to resume music after pausing for the toast. He played the background music for the 16 Candles so loud that our kid had to shout over the mic to make her speeches. All but 2 of the 16 Candles was not photographed by the social photographer we paid for along with this diamond package. DJ failed to have the lights dimmed for the light show and blamed it on the janitorial staff when he never cued them to even dim the lights. My brother had to go up to this DJ after the last song was played at 10 p.m and as guests were all leaving to plead to have one more song played so he could dance with his neice at her quince, while I videotaped it on his cell phone even though his,dance with her was part of the program for the night and we had paid in full for that program to be followed. We heard some nonsense about filling out the wrong form or my brother being late as a justification for this. DJ left the hall 2 hours late causing me to have to pay the hall for the event going overtime and they caused a big giant laceration in the floor that the venue just had redone. It was so bad that only 1 hour into the 4 hour party we asked that the owner of the company his boss be called or texted to step in and fix the issue. The guy refused to contact Al. So we emailed him. Al was not able to respond and we were stuck with this guy who even went so far as to menace me in the elevator lobby when I was crying and trying to run downstairs and check on my child. He kept blocking me from getting on the elevator forcing me to discuss his job and his pay when I had paid the company in full and in advance. When we reported that, we were accused of discrimination when our own teen is a young performer and when are black and Latino ourselves. When we advised that the venue had surveillance footage of the incident the owner got angry with US as if we are the problem yet he still has all our money and we have a ruined event for a day in ourives that we can never get back again or do over. The price he quoted is comparatively low and we would warn that you get what you pay for... but with this guy.....you actually don't. We had a chance to have a celebrity DJ at our event but turned it down cause we had already given our word to Al. So much for integrity.
