This company gives you the feeling of being both professional and Personal at the same time. We had to change our date do to a sudden family illness and Magnif-A-tent worked with us every step of the way helping to reduce my stress. They were flexible and accommodating. You never get the feeling they are being pushy and overselling you. They are suggestive as to what you might need without trying to push unnecessary items. Just an overall great company to work with. They also stick to their word and show up when they promise with the items and tent you ordered. You will not be disappointed and I am a very detail oriented person when it comes to setting up events so trust me I don't easily endorse just any company. used magnifitent for my son's first birthday party this weekend and I could not have been happier. Starting with the woman that helped me set everything up over the phone, she was so helpful and I even called after I initially planned everything to add more on and she was able to accommodate anything I wanted. Everything came when it was supposed to and was put up quick and efficiently by 3 guys who were extremely professional and nice. All of the equipment is in great condition, and very clean! The guys even sprayed and wiped down the chairs and tables after they put them up. We also had a bounce house/slide combo which was also extremely clean and is in amazing condition. We actually ended up getting to have it for an extra few days which of course the kids loved! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to have an out door party. To be honest I have never written a review before however after working with and contracting Magnif-a-tent I couldn't wait to let potential customers know that this is the company you want to use. From our initial emails to personal phone calls, even down to adding on different rentals and dealing with permits with the town as it got closer to the day, everyone we spoke to was always SO accommodating and kind. We KNOW this year has been crazy for everyone in the wedding industry, especially a tent company with so many people shifting to backyard parties, and they STILL managed to work with us on adjusting our set up time and set up/broke down just as discussed. Renting a tent from Magnif-A-Tent was one of the smoothest experiences I have had with vendors for my home. The ordering process, billing process and final payment was as easy as it could be, took seconds. The follow-up emails were well appreciated. The crew arrived when they were scheduled to, they were polite and professional, every man knew his role and they carried the set-up out flawlessly. We had the party in their own home and these guys were awesome in helping with the event and keeping things very easy for us to make that day happen smoothly without any problems. I lucked out in my google search for a rental company when I came across Magnificant. I originally booked them for a bridal shower I was throwing for 25 people. Justin and Patrick were so fantastic that I hired them for the wedding in my back yard too! They worked so hard in the hot sun putting up 2 huge tents and all the rental supplies. I hired Magnif-A-Tent to set up a tent for my wedding at the Sayville Yacht Club in Blue Point and was extremely happy with their work! They were extremely responsive at all times, answered all my questions promptly, and were priced VERY reasonably. However, being a part of the service industry I know how important it is to provide excellent customer service always. I was disappointed to see at a work event this weekend how this company's workers behaved. They were clearly displeased when an event went over schedule. Their attitude about having to wait was extremely off putting. Their equipment was fine, nothing special, but their attitude was extremely poor. I would not recommend using them. read more

I used Magnif-A-Tent for my mothers end of summer party bash with about 100 kids !! Justin and Patrick couldn't have been more accommodating !! There was tents/snow cones/Cotten candy/popcorn /water slides! It was a day my family will always remember! I also recently used them for my son's baby shower and who knew tents could be year round ! Would highly recommend Magnif-A-Tent!! We rented a 20X30 tent with 6 round tables and 60 chairs. They were reasonable and delivered on time as promised and the product was clean and in like new condition. The staff who delivered, were courteous and friendly. I went directly to their location to leave my deposit and Ann was very helpful and friendly! I emailed them many times and they were always quick to respond and helpful. I was able to rent many things from them besides the tent.
