I was looking to put "crazy pavers" into my newly screened in patio. Jessica replied quickly and helped me set up a meeting the next day. Gio came by at the promised time and looked at the space, understood my vision and provided great advice. I wanted to source the tiles myself and he and Jessica were understanding and helpful, guiding me on which would work, and offering to help with pick up. After patiently waiting as I searched for the perfect stone, Gio met me at someone's house to look at some marble they were selling. He was helpful in evaluating the stone and getting an amazing deal, and he helped load it all and deliver to my house. He even made two trips to get all of the stone. Gio was true to his word, showed up on time, and finished the job in three days. He is committed to excellence and made sure everything was to our expectations. He has forty years of experience and it shows. If you want a true professional who takes pride in bringing your vision to life, choose the Floor Clinic! I'm glad I chose Jessica and Gio. I feel I got incredible value for the amount I paid. My floors are timeless and will increase the value of my home. Their communication is very strong. Gio delivered exactly what we were looking for, going the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect, even coming back to fix a hazardous step a few days later for free. Thank you! We are looking forward to enjoying the beautiful floors for years to come.

I've used their services in the past and will absolutely continue to do so in the future. Daphne is a pleasure to work with, and Juan is an exceptional technician. They are extremely careful when moving furniture and truly meticulous with every detail. Customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority with Juan and Jonathan Cleaning and restoring your tile floors is far more cost-effective than replacing them, yet it leaves your home feeling brand new. Their pricing is honest, their service is professional, and they are prompt and reliable.

When we first contacted them with my cell on their main line, I received a text back right away from their cell and we started texting back and forth from there. I sent pics and dimensions of my walk in shower and the manager gave me a quote and time till completion shortly after. We decided to book the job and their team was readily available. On day of the job, Daniel arrived exactly on time, was very polite and extremely knowledgable of the job. He was very careful and did the job perfectly and within the quoted time. They gave us a 5 year warranty and also mentioned exactly what product to use to help maintain the shower's cleanliness and keep it damage free for a long lasting result. The original price they gave us was excellent and they stuck to it after the job was complete, we paid by Zelle without issues. After all, we are happy to have chosen this company as it saved a lot of money by painting old tiles instead of changing them which would have cost 10x the price, or thousands of dollars. The company lives up to it's 5-star status and I'd recommend them to friends, family and readers of this review.

It started out with Brian calling me on February 18th at 9 am making an appointment to come see the job and give me an onsite estimate. I took the rest of the day off and waited for them, but they never came. At the very end of the day Brian texted me to say that he couldn't get there. This cost me half a days loss of income. At around 5:30 pm same day he texted again, saying he would do the job for $500 without seeing the job personally, because he had enough information from the initial pictures I provided. However ,the next day he asked me to compose a video with detailed spoken instruction of what I wanted done. More time wasted and extremely aggravating because I then had to edit the video for over an hour just to be able to send it via text message because apparently the video was too long to be able to send. After all this he retracted his $500 estimate He instructed me to go ahead and do it with someone else. It should be noted that Brian was polite and well spoken but regrettably this interaction wasted my time and fell far short of my expectations. My belief is that it had more to do with the owner Augustin, who was disengaged in this communication and seemed to change his mind several times. Very unfortunate and Not the way to get my business.
