One guy was able to do the job alone even though it was a two story building. I had house, fence, driveway, pavers, screen cage, and back porch washed. It was moldy and green and I wasn't sure how the no pressure spray would turn out but I was very happy with the results. The house is sparkling, the driveway concrete is like new, my white vinyl fence is spotless. It took about six hours to finish the entire job. The guy worked non stop and happily went over a spot that I pointed out that he had missed. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again when everything gets dirty again. They spray on a citrus based formula with a long spray hose, then rinse with strong garden hose not high pressure wash. It works! Prices were a la cart and I chose to do everything he quoted. Early warning of cancellations - gives us quicker notice so we do not move heavy furniture inside. When you have cancelations - don't just come five hours earlier than the 2 hr window you scheduled for us to have you power wash our hime.
