Definitely a 10/10 experience.. they give you the cameras and you go around taking pictures. You come back and they walk you through the process of developing them.. the vibe was amazing. The music was perfect.. definitely on my list of things to do again!'

A black and orange device with a large orange dial and a label '13' is positioned on a light wooden table. Two cups of water, one with a yellowish liquid and the other clear, are placed nearby. The background shows a classroom or conference room setting with chairs and tables arranged in rows, some with black boxes on top. The device appears to be a piece of equipment used in a classroom or workshop environment.

Great place!! If you're looking for something to do in the area. Staff is friendly & very informative. Nice music playing & a great place to hang out! 10/10 recommend. Owner accomadated us though we were late due to traffic. Also note, the pictures will be in black & white but still turned out amazing

In July, my partner and I, took a little trip down to silver springs Maryland primarily because we wanted to try this spot! AND IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! We had such an incredible time. We went on a Friday early afternoon and the staff was just so nice and incredible. They did a little photo shoot of us- together and separate! I DO NOT LIKE BEING PHOTOGRAPHED but they did such a wonderful job of hyping us up and getting us comfortable. They gave us some poses to look at and really walked us through the whole thing. Then they gave us the negatives - taught us how to develop, and we got to develop our very own photos. It was so cool and really brought out the creative side of me. It was such a fun experience for us both and made our trip so memorable. We got to see just how they get developed and do it ourselves!! You don't need any experience - they will help you through every step. All the staff there is so sweet and they have amazing taste in music. 10/10 would recommend and will be doing again

Today proved that big things, do come in small packages. I was walking up Fenton street in silver spring to grab something to eat and noticed the most eye catching storefront. I decided to step inside because who doesn't want to get more details with a name like "Sip & Develop"! When entered I was greeted by a bubbling staff, who was excited to explain the gem they have on Fenton street. I appreciated that it just wasn't about giving me a flier. I was able to tour the dark room and see how visitors who sign up for this great event, create amazing "reel" live work(get it), that goes on in the dark room. Wait until you see the front space, it's a must see. They have a 360 camera! Guest can hang out in the lounge area before going on to take photos and guided into development of the actual real live film. This is a great concept for our children, who never knew what it was like, to put your film in the shop and wait a week for them to come back in your hand. Great for bday parties, girls or guys night out or just because. Oh and you can bring what you like to sip on, to your session

The image shows a blue brick building with large glass windows on the ground floor, displaying artwork and a sign for social media. The building has a corner entrance with a small awning and exterior lighting fixtures. The sign reads 'Sip & Develop,' suggesting a business that may combine coffee or drinks with creative activities. The sidewalk is paved with bricks, and the overall scene appears to be in an urban area.

After doing some online research and talking with a few photographers I decided to work with Stacey. We met in Old Town Alexandria one Saturday afternoon in October. I was nervous at first but shortly into our photo session I felt at ease as Stacey is friendly, professional and fun, not to mention amazing at what she does! She was also great with our greyhound and got some adorable shots of him. Stacey has a wonderful eye for light and color and found a lot of unique backgrounds for our photos. Our online gallery was available after about a week and a half and the results were fantastic! Soon after, Stacey scheduled a free consultation with us to view all our photos on the large computer screen that she has and to help us pick out which prints and framing options we wanted to put up in our home. She even helped us decide how best to place the photos on the wall. We received all our prints last week and have gotten our framed prints up on the wall, we couldn't be happier! If we were staying in the area I would absolutely work with Stacey again in the future.

I moderated a panel last week and a panelist I was being introduced to said, "yes, the woman with the most amazing head shot." Yesterday morning we did our 5th(!) family mini session shoot with Stacey in a garden next to the Capitol. It's wonderful to get these beautiful shots of our children growing up -- and have some shots with me that I love that aren't selfies! Years ago Stacey took an iconic (among our family and friends) photo of my son sulking off to the left of the Washington monument when my husband and I were were standing to the right smiling while pregnant with our daughter. That same day Stacey was able to joke around with our son and get the best shots of him smiling and enjoying himself. Our daughter enjoys the shoots just as much. Thank you, Stacey!

His talent is that special blend of science and art that not only makes a listing highly marketable, but also captures the essence of the property. Recently, I hired Steve to photograph an impromptu wedding of a dear friend that was being held at my house. Keenly aware that my experience as a professional home stager in no way qualifies me to act as a wedding planner, I was very worried that the event would fall short of the bride's expectations. In addition, I was concerned that my modest house would not provide an adequate backdrop for Steve to capture the special moments of the day. I have always been a huge fan of Steve's work, but now my appreciation of his expertise and artistic talents is even greater! Upon arriving, he performed his usual "walk-through" to determine the positive attributes and challenges of the venue. Very quickly he established a strategy for shooting the wedding (no rehearsal...totally "off-the-cuff"), and within the first hour was in his "artistic groove" as I like to call it! The resulting wedding photos are nothing less than magical; it looks as if the wedding took place at a five star hotel! Thanks to Steve's artistry, my friend has a wedding album filled with beautiful memories.

He was also kind, considerate, and even thought to let our son be the lighting assistant for a few photos, which went a long way toward holding a teenager's interest. We are very appreciative of Steve's professional handling of our photo session and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a professional photographer.

She took the time to ask what I wanted and really wanted to know what I wanted to get from my photos. She asked about my details and what style I wanted. She was extremely sweet and from that phone conversation alone I could tell she had a true passion for wedding photography. Pamela wasn't just my wedding photographer, she was a friend. I booked her about a year in advance and she checked in periodically throughout that year. We had several interactions leading up to the day (phone, email, in person) where she spent time helping me plan the ends and odds of my wedding, she even helped me come up with my wedding timeline. She also visited my venue to brainstorm ideas before the big day and even sent me an itinerary. She really thinks of everything! On my wedding day, Pamela & her assistant Sergey (I hope the spelling is right) were phenomenal. They got a ton of great pictures and came up with a lot of amazing ideas for photos. They both are extremely detail oriented. They made sure my train was perfect at all times, that Matt's tie was straight, you name it, they saw it. At the end of the night, they even offered to stay later to get additional photos. I am extremely grateful for those two. I then received my wedding photos within 2 weeks, not just your standard preview or sneak peak but ALL of them and on top of that they look AMAZING. Thank you Pamela! I can't wait to get another excuse to use you in the future!
