Went in to renew my guard card and paid for the class only after to find out in person they no longer renew it and they wouldnt give me a refund for a service I did not recieve. Called the owner and tried to reason with him but instead was being really rude and loud with my wife and I. Do not waste your time or money with this company and look elsewhere if you're looking to get your guard card renewed. False advertising. read more

Went in for fingerprinting services this morning and wouldn't recommend this place! Plenty of places around Modesto that have better services than whatever crappy attitude you get here. The lady that sits behind the desk should just get a warehouse job like someone else mentioned if she has that kind of attitude in the early mornings. read more

I will not reply anymore but I am also not removing my review as the point of reviews is to help others make a decision. I have used your business numerous times in the past and it has always gone smoothly. I am very surprised by todays interaction. I am sorry I was not able to get the info on the phone that you posted in your reply. It would have been helpful and was what I was asking for when you ended the conversation. We actually had the needed docs but didn't get to that because you didn't offer the info and try to help us. Instead of explaining to me the difference in requirements between their business and another one in town the gentleman on the phone interrupted me and hung-up on me. Then I upon calling back several times they hung up the phone without even saying a word. Finally got through to voicemail after 8 tries. It seems very unprofessional to expect a customer to understand why one company can perform the same service but you can't and to simply say that the other business is wrong. And then to hang up after no conversation about is rude and unprofessional. You may be the "better" company but even so how you deal with people matters. read more

I needed fingerprints for my kid who got a job. This place is one of the only places to go without an appointment. I walk in, oh I'm sorry it's 4 and I close the computer down. Ok I'll come back. I went for a requal- but they wouldn't let me stay and wouldn't give me my money back. due to the fact that I couldn't find the back door cause it wasn't labeled I was a few minutes late and then I tried to call them and nobody answered until the 3rd or 4th call and they were very rude and didn't refund me and started saying due to COVID they have to pay the instructor and then started saying if they paid me back they would have to go back 22 years and then brought discrimination into it so screw them... if you wanted to be treated like shit and lose money then by all means go to these jackasses. read more

I went there to be fingerprinted so I could coach children's soccer. The woman working the front desk was very rude and completely unwilling to accommodate a mother with a child. She made comments about him making too much noise, when he was actually not being very loud at all and the process took much longer than it should have. The Modesto police department is a much better option for live scan. read more

This the worst place ever to get training or work..... run as far as you can from this company they will rip u off and take ur money. I had signed up for baton class. Today was the day I was supposed to attend but I called yesterday to ask a question about rescheduling or getting a refund. Jerry the owner is rude asf. He told me I had to show to class of forfeit my money and the class was full. I showed to class today and they said it was canceled because I called yesterday to inquire about refund or rescheduling do to me having to work. They didn't notify me and told me I canceled and give me a recording of my phone call. No where in the phone u hear me saying I'm not coming nor canceling. I said I'll be there to pick up a paper he had said I signed when I signed up for the baton class which I didn't. I showed up to class on time and Jerry showed his ass off. Jerry is unprofessional. Do Not get your lifescan here!!!! I had it done and they put in the wrong code. When I went back the lady behind the counter kept insisting they did nothing wrong. I called my agency, BREA, and they called the DOJ who confirmed they put in the wrong code. I went back and the lady again insisted they did nothing wrong and doesn't know why they can't process it. I had to do fingerprinting again because the code is wrong and they said they wouldn't do it for free without something in writing from BREA. I had to go somewhere else because I don't trust Sintex to do the job. I understand we all make mistakes but own up to them and make it right. read more

This company is not very good. Had numerous times when my properties were supposed to have a guard on them, but there was not but I still got a report in the morning saying there had been a guard on shift all night. Wish I could give less than one star. Owner is a very good salesman and should be selling used cars. read more
